I ordered Mid Rise Drawstring Side Pocket Color Block Pants and Mid Rise Drawstring Side Pocket 2-in-1 Casual Cargo Joggers. There was a 2 inch size variance (waist, leg, and length) between the 2 which they deemed NOT a quality issue therefore I would need to PAY for a return or exchange. Then their customer service was rude to me. They have not published my review of each item to their page.
I have wanted to try Halara a few times when their ad pops up in my scroll. I jump over and start shopping. Unfortunately, the sales are never valid for my size. I am pear shaped woman and wear a large top and a 2x bottom. Plus sizes are not included in their sales. This is the 3rd time and the last. While I am happy, they have my size available. I don't like that we are excluded from the fun and discount of a good sale.
I ordered several sports bras, a sports dress, and shorts with a great sale. Placed my order and received an email on June 23,2023 that it shipped. I still haven't received it. It looks like it is stuck in Springfield Gardens, NY. The tracking used, SPX, has a number associated with it that doesn't work (I tried to call). I spent over $70 on nothing but wasted time at this point. I was really looking forward to this package and to some quality workout clothing, but not anymore. Maybe this is just a fluke but it would be wise of them to use a different shipping company, if this is what can be expected. I will never order from them again and apparently they don't offer refunds, so it's just money down the drain. :/
I got the products, and wasn't in love with them. Especially since I had spent over $100, I wanted to love what I had bought. So I started the return process. Worst return process and execution I have ever experienced. They make you answer a bunch of questions, take pictures, and pay for your own shipping. I did it all, and waited for 6 weeks. No refund came. I emailed them again and said here's my tracking information, can I get my refund. The responded with "You will get the refund when we receive the items." I replied, " I sent them in 6 weeks ago." Then I get my refund email and my refund amount. Seems very shady to me that they had the clothes for that long and waited for me to follow up before giving me my money back.
I will never buy from them again for this very reason.
My dress was a very cheap fabric and was not sewn well. I did like that it had a built in bra since it was a racer back but that showed lumps under the dress because of the cheap fabric. Returning.

Not the result I expected. I ordered a Cool Touch Lucid tennis skirt, the model is interesting, but the fabric is not natural, more viscose, it will wear out quickly. But I was pleased with the speed of service. I am not sure that I will order from this site in the future.

A year ago, I purchased over $130 worth of product. According to hilarious size chart, the items should have fit me. The clothing did not fit me, I contacted for a return and Polaris customer service gave me such a hard time that you only have a specific amount of time to return that expired and I was not allowed to return purchase to get my money back or exchange. Again, Halara is hard to work with and they don't stand behind their products. I would hesitate to purchase from them. I'm not at home, but I will put on another review with pics of the products I purchased.
Surprised at how good the quality was and fit. Decided to send some items back. Did the refund process and email customer service. They replied and offered me a store credit, I declined and they offered for me to keep my items and provided a return as it was my first order. Was pleasantly surprised.
I ordered these online, they look great on the model. I am a small, 5'4", not too curvy. I ordered a medium because I didn't want the elastic waist to be too tight. I found that the gathers at the top balloon out and there really is a lot of fabric for a short person. They are a little long, look a bit baggy. I'll pair with a fitted top to make them look good.
They were also very wrinkled out of the packing and even after the first wash. I am just going to steam them to remove the wrinkles and hope that after the next wash they don't wrinkle again.
