My order that I placed on 10/25/2024 never arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times and got the run around. I requested a refund as I never got the clothes. Customer service went silent. Horrible experience and really unethical business practice!
Skirts were too small. Went through site to do return. They sent me an email stating that "my return application was submitted successfully", but they did not include where to send the return. Their website specifically tells you to only send returns to the address they give you when your acceptance request is approved. No answer to emails yet.
I will never buy from Halara again. Clothes run too snug and too tight "Chinese sized " ( what ones expects when item made in China- which I did not know) and returns are a pain in the rear end.
I sent 4 emails before they would give me a return address. No return mail label is provided-- really? How hard is that?
YOU must pay for return shipping and make sure you have original packaging.
Customer service is almost non-existent. They are not transparent with the return policy and it's either a gift card for their site or return it and pay postage that is more than your purchase. The pants I received were hideous...did not look anything like they did on the model. The material was "swishy" and made that sound when I walked. Sizing is completely off...what do you expect...made in China. Never again.
I have taken all the measurements before ordering and to me, trousers runs big! I have started the return process which was easy but as I meant to pay for shipping( Hong Kong maybe) I might decide to keep them. They were answering very quickly to all my requests though.

It is impossible to return items. The skirts I bought have never been worn, they still have the tags attached, I have the original packaging. And yet Halara will not provide me with the address to return them to.
Surprised at how good the quality was and fit. Decided to send some items back. Did the refund process and email customer service. They replied and offered me a store credit, I declined and they offered for me to keep my items and provided a return as it was my first order. Was pleasantly surprised.

My dress was a very cheap fabric and was not sewn well. I did like that it had a built in bra since it was a racer back but that showed lumps under the dress because of the cheap fabric. Returning.
Halara.com does not give an address to send returns to. The online return portal requires pictures of item to return. Halara.com responds daily by email but does not supply an address. The return policy specifies to NOT return items until following procedures. After several email exchanges from "The Halara Team" NO RETURN ADDRESS HAS BEEN PROVIDED and the latest email from them states they are a " young company" and "cannot supply a return label" at this time. NO ADDRESS has been provided again.
Took forever to arrive and then if you want to return yo have to pay postage to Germany out of your pocket. No mention of that anywhrere!
