They charged my credit card $32 for hair products. There's no order status available. They did not ship the items. Customer service number says "User Busy". I wrote an email asking for a refund... waiting for a reply. I will not use this company again. Should have cross checked the website before ordering... now I see other similar reviews! Won't use them again.
Placed two orders and neither came. Sent 4 emails, 2 no response, 2 came back as invalid email. Every time I called the phone number was busy as well. Filed a complaint with PayPal and my money was refunded. This is a SCAM!
I ordered product from them on 11/17. Sent an email on 11/19 cancelling the order. I never heard from them. Despite sending several more emails, they never responded and shipped item., or should I say they created a shipping label on 11/23. No further information is available. What a scam. They should be out of business. Wish I had read reviews prior to ordering. I would have never ordered..
This appears to be a scam website. I placed an order, received confirmation and then the wait began. The products never arrived. Like other people who left reviews, their "customer service" phone number appears to be bogus. I tried calling several times and could neither talk to a live person nor leave a message. I also sent multiple emailsno response. Interestingly PayPal heard back from them and refunded my money. If they are a legit company, they are a poor excuse for one. Buyers beware!
I wish I had read other reviews before placing an order. I eventually - like 6 weeks later - got the product but only after I escalated to PayPal. Nobody answers the phone and it took multiple emails and many weeks to get a reply to my request for status. To make matters worse, their response was to tell me to be patient. An email requesting that the order be cancelled and refunded was never acknowledged. I will never buy anything from them again and I suspect if PayPal hadn't contacted them on my behalf, I'd still be waiting for the products.
Placed order 9 days ago and still no shipping update. Sent emails asking for shipping status and no response. Called two different phone numbers over 24 times in 3 days and only got busy signal. They were quick though to take my money same day of order placement. Filed dispute with PayPal - fortunately I used PayPal. DO NOT BUY from hairthirst. Com EVER!

I had ordered hair product from this site on Jan 27,2020 received email to check order status but there is no tracking info. I tried to call them phone number is bogus, emailed them haven't received any response. DO NOT order from this site it is a scam.
Thought I found a gem to get my hair products since I couldn't get my hair done at the salon. Boy I could not be more wrong. The phone number is a construction worker who had no idea this place was using his number. Then I emailed 5 times no response finally i get a quick, "you received your order" response. WTH if i received it i wouldn't be trying to get a hold of you... dont use this place a huge SCAM
Scammed out of $50, product paid for but never received, phone number/e-mail addresses NFG on follow-up. PayPal investigated and refunded my money, but a charge from a website company in Israel showed up the day after my order, billed to my credit card, which was bogus as well and is mentioned because of the timing. Contacted the website company and was asked for more credit card details which I will not provide, possible a pfishing attempt. Blowing the whistle as loud as I can to regulators on this.
Never received the product I ordered. Like the previous reviews here, I got the order confirmation and it stopped there. Tried contacting 3x. I asked PayPal for a refund. I wished I read the reviews before I bought something.
They get no stars! They don't answer the phone, nor do they respond to emails. Don't waste your time with this company. I'm having to get Paypal to chase my money down now. This wouldn't post without a star... jeebus..
I have attempted to reach hairthirst.com since I placed my order on Dec. 14. The funds were removed from my acct. On Dec 15. I never received a confirmation email, an email that my item was being processed, or any shipping confirmation. They have my email address as I have attempted contacting them several times at the email they provide on their website and FB page. Plus they have several different email addresses that I know of, two of these are invalid... I also messaged on fb... NO REPLY... Any time I call customer service the number is busy. They say they will respond to emails within 24 hours. It has been 2 WEEKS and still no reply. I just want to know the status of my order. Is this A SCAM? Is this how you run a business and how you treat your customers? SO WHERE IS THE PROOF THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
Update: never did receive my order, the only reason I got a refund was because I used PayPal and disputed it through them... this is a SCAM...
