I had ordered several times with this company with no issues. However, I ordered again, as usual, 2 orders of tape in extensions. I only got one order in the mail so they owed me money. I emailed them and told them that I even saved the wrapping from the package to show them the weight that was in the package and that the weight could not possibly have been the full order of my purchase. But I never heard anything back from them no matter how hard I tried to get a hold of them. This is a scam and this company could give a rats behind about ANY of our concerns. If you are going to order ANYway, order only one pack at a time.

I received my human hair wrap around ponytail in deep body wave yesterday 2/27/20. But guess what? It was NOT what I ordered when I opened the box. The hair was rough to the touch, dried out, broken hair pieces inside the box and on my counter top when I ran my fingers through it. The hair was not deep body wave it was some ugly type of tight curly hair. I've been dupped! I can't reach any one in customer service, phone or email. I spent $100 on this and I want a refund and can't get it. You've been warned, I don't want this to happen to you.

They sent the wrong item but in the end that made things right. Customer service does there best to make sure u are happy in the end.

After purchasing, I saw the horrible reviews. I started to worry that it was a scam. But the quality is really great, and the ponytail ends have the most volume of any product I've ever bought.

The extensions are made from 100% human hair, just like what I have. The hair is also soft, and the color is fine. But the hair ends is a little dry and the one clip is broken. Well, it is a piece of cake to get another clip.
Speaking of the shipping, I think it is reasonable to spend 7 days to receive the extensions.

It is one of my favorite extensions and my first clip ponytail. Recently I had my hair shortened, and I felt regretful for my stupidity. Luckily, I occasionally heard about claw clip ponytail and then I chose one in the hair extensions & wigs shop in which I was a regular. Having it clipped into my ready-made short ponytail, I can have a long curly ponytail. It was so easy to be applied, changing my terrible hairstyle in no time. That’s why I liked it a lot.

I have purchased 2 Remy hair ponytails from this company. They are both amazing quality! The first one I bought was 30 inches long and the second one is 32 inches. I love both of them and I use them both a lot. The hair is soft and because it's real human hair, you can curl it/ flat iron it. I bought the #2 color which is a dark brown and it matches my hair perfectly. I was a little skeptical after I purchased because I didn't receive a tracking number for a few days, but after about 5 days it said it was on its way to my house. 10/10 would recommend and will be purchasing more ponytails from here.

Been shopping with them since 2014 on and off. They can send decent thick wigs, but color is never what is ordered. I spent $850 on 2 full lace wigs. 1 custom chinese remy color #8 silky straight, the other peruvian light yaki color #27. They both cane together in about 2 weeks(custom? Really). They were both the same color, a reddish blonde. The light yaki was nearly matted. Very dry and brittle. As if you burned your hair perming it, overprocessed. The supposed #8 looks nice, likely not chinese hair, but certainly not color #8. I contacted them to let them know both were not what I ordered, but I would keep the silky straight one, but return the overprocessed Peruvian one. They offered me $100 to keep the wig and color it. I don't know any salon that colors hair for 100.00, but that is not the point. The point was the return was the matted overprocessed one. I said I would accept the 100 for the wrong color of the #8, but I want a full refund for the matted one I was returning. They got indignant and told me it would be better if I kept the wig and took 100.00 back. They could not send me a return shipping label and said they would refund shipping with the wig price when they get the wig.
I will be doing a charge back on them and vow not to do business with them again.

Placed an order for a custom made 10 inch Afro kinky ponytail. I was pleased with my first purchase and figured I would like the second one. Arrived after many weeks but looked nothing like the photo at the website. It wasn't ready to wear out the bag. It was crammed into a small bag within a box. Had to wash it immediately after taking out the bag because it smelled like a chemical. There is no "kink" or "curl" to the piece. It is wavy at best and the waves disappear when it's combed. It's like a floppy rag when properly attached. It's not full and bushy with curls as shown at the website. Contacted the company and was told "sorry can't you put rollers in it?" I bought it so I would not have to manipulate it. Store policy is it won't refund or exchange custom orders even when they mess them up. And it's clear the people who respond don't speak English well based on the e-mail responses. I would fight through PayPal but was told the company can still not refund my $50. I won't support companies that think it's okay to take people's money and not resolve issues with bad purchases.

Hello! I just received my clip ins, and I love them! The hair quality is great! The only problem was that on one of the wefts a clip was broken. That can be easily fixed. Nevertheless, thank you!
