Been shopping with them since 2014 on and off. They can send decent thick wigs, but color is never what is ordered. I spent $850 on 2 full lace wigs. 1 custom chinese remy color #8 silky straight, the other peruvian light yaki color #27. They both cane together in about 2 weeks(custom? Really). They were both the same color, a reddish blonde. The light yaki was nearly matted. Very dry and brittle. As if you burned your hair perming it, overprocessed. The supposed #8 looks nice, likely not chinese hair, but certainly not color #8. I contacted them to let them know both were not what I ordered, but I would keep the silky straight one, but return the overprocessed Peruvian one. They offered me $100 to keep the wig and color it. I don't know any salon that colors hair for 100.00, but that is not the point. The point was the return was the matted overprocessed one. I said I would accept the 100 for the wrong color of the #8, but I want a full refund for the matted one I was returning. They got indignant and told me it would be better if I kept the wig and took 100.00 back. They could not send me a return shipping label and said they would refund shipping with the wig price when they get the wig.
I will be doing a charge back on them and vow not to do business with them again.
