I purchased some hair from them a few months ago. At first everything was great customer service was amaizing I only spoke with Simone the store manager. She was very helpful and I was excited to get my bundles. So when my hair arrived the four bundles were extremly short so short I had to go purchase an additional bundle of hair to complete my weave. And when I tried to contact Simone to ask what happened why my bundles were so small, no response. The quality of the hair was beautiful the 1st day but everyday after I was very upset! I can't believe how ppl will screw you over for money. But it's a lesson learned I will never buy hair from this site or recommend anyone to this site.
The survey was simple and easy, and the hair is beautiful. I look forward to my install and I am sure I will not be disappointed when it comes to this hair!
I've ordered my hair and I've yet to receive it. I asked where my tracking number and was told I had to pay for it. Since when do you pay for a tracking number. Their customer service is the worst to ever do it! Do not give them your money and if you do be sure to pay through PayPal because they'll try their best not to give you your money back

This company did a survey to "win free hair" and I had to leave a "positive honest review" about their customer service... That makes no sense because I've never purchased from them and never will because they have bad reviews and now because they are trying to get good reviews based off of NOTHING! What customer service did I recieve from completing a survey? Shady
I texted their 347 number to ask about a silktop frontal. What a mistake! I asked for a picture and was sent one bad pic and when I asked for another was told one pic per order! At that point I knew they were full of it so I texted back "no deal" and then I got sent a pic of a LACE frontal along with about 3 invoices to paypal. WTH! I stopped answering and for the next 30 minutes they continued texting me and telling me I was a: player and nvr intended to buy! I had to block their number! Stay away from this company!

I purchase hair from Hairplayground in novemeber 2014 and the bundles are still flawless! I took my hair out and washed the hair I purchased, and the hair is still in its natural state. It is currently March 2015 and I reinstalled my bundles in and my bundles still looks fabulous! Thank you Hairplayground for your prefect quality of hair
These thin bundles can't do half my head! On top of that the hair took a month to come and I'm out of money! This company is the worst please don't buy from them.

I purchased the Peruvian deep curl hair from the Kings plaza store location in Brooklyn on Friday installed it Saturday and it's already shedding I straightened it to see how would it look and it looks like synthetic hair Never again will I buy from them. The worse hair company ever.
