I purchased the Peruvian deep curl hair from the Kings plaza store location in Brooklyn on Friday installed it Saturday and it's already shedding I straightened it to see how would it look and it looks like synthetic hair Never again will I buy from them. The worse hair company ever.

I was one of the ones that wrote a positive review because on their Instagram they offered a free bundle for whoever wrote a good review. They sent me an 8 inch body wave bundle that was short and it did shed and it didn't stay true to its body wave texture when it was wet. Don't fall for the scam please do your research before purchasing!

These thin bundles can't do half my head! On top of that the hair took a month to come and I'm out of money! This company is the worst please don't buy from them.

I feel the customer service is good and very responsive. The hair looks beautiful, I can't wait to try it out. I love how even the long bundles look so full all the way to the ends.
