Shocking delivery time 10 days and still not dispatched will not be buying from this company again and up to this point I was placing order weekly but had a gut full of there dispatched time and they lies I got told yesterday after contacting them my order will be dispatched today but still not dispatched. This is a total joke luckily I paid by PayPal so if not dispatched by Monday then a case will be open gymstop you now lost a good customer who would of carry on making order weekly but NOT NO MORE SHOCKING DISPATCH TIME AND CUSTOMER CARE like how he say must order dispatched the next working day iv now made around 5 order every order have been over a week before it even dispatched and on every order I had to chase them up just to get it dispatched it a shame there dispatch is so slow shocking slow as there price are ok and no I don't won't to cancel my order I just won't what I order and paid for 10 days ago yes 10 days ago and it not even dispatched yet 10 days and 6 working days and now being told after being told yesterday it will be dispatched today that it will not get dispatched to Tuesday making that 14 days before it even dispatched now that is shocking two weeks to dispatch not good so time I will receive it we be taking about 17-18 days for delivery If there CEO or MANAGER think 17-18 days for delivery is good and I think they need some retraining and that 17-18 delivery IS IF IT GETS DISPATCHED TUESDAY AS PROMISED IV HAD A PROMISE ALL READY WHAT COME AND GONE THAT IT WILL BE Dispatched. Update because I gave this back street company a bad review they now cancel my order after 14days and not even dispatching my order is this really a company you won't to do business with they also have a other company call Gymstop.ie with 100% bad reviews think this sums this back street company up keep Update just had a email saying order cancel at your request not once did I say cancel my order and that show that in the bad review left for you when I said very clearly I don't won't to cancel my order I just won't my order dispatch so I say it again not once have I said cancel my order what I said was 18 days for delivery is a total joke and any one reading this will agree with me that 18day for delivery and 14 days just to dispatch a order is a total joke I don't think any customer would desisgree with this

Ordered machine costing in excess of £2k.
Waited as requested for 4 weeks, chased it up and was clear it had been forgotten. Could not deliver.
Cancelled order and went elsewhere (where I received an excellent service)
Now over two weeks later, fighting for a refund. Similar explanation as other complainant - chased by e-mails to which no replies have been received. Had to claim under credit card guarantee.
Now trading from a new business address 14 Wright Street, Oldham, OL1 3TF but run by the same rogues. Do not use this company. Not only did I lose my money but wasted my time listening to a stream of lies.
I ordered and paid in full fro a Smith machine from Gymworld on 14th December 2015. This was my second attempt to order as the first time, "something went wrong" with the order.
I was told the delivery time would be 2 weeks but accepting that we had the Xmas break was told to expect installation in the first week of January.
Gymworld did not once try to contact me to update me and on numerous occasions i chased them about delivery and installation. Eventually they have admitted that they don't have the product and their supplier doesn't have the product, it has never been shipped to them and they have taken my money under false pretenses. As if this is not bad enough they are now on the 27th January saying that they "can not process a refund until next week" because "their accountant has to do it and they aren't available until next week" This is both untrue and unethical. If you can accept and process a credit card payment you can also process a refund and you are legally obliged to do so.
I suspect they have financial difficulties and I would caution anyone against using them.
I bought a treadmill for just under £700, it arrived damaged, despite constant emails to this cumpany support services they have ignored every attempt, so too have the manaufacturer of the treadmill.
