Fantastic

Today Yatin Dalvi fixed all the problems we were having with our pc. He was truly amazing. The subscription for remote control access is well worth the money.

I was happy enough with the technician who was very patient with me, However when I first contacted this coy, I was told I could take a 3 year, 2 year or a one time fix for $100. I took the latter as the other were $399,99 and $299,99, neither of which I could afford. I decided to take the one time fix of $100, but was aghast when I searched my mastercard account to find they had charged me for the 3 year option Another problem is that they are not $AU, but $US which means they cost a lot more. For the Australian market you would automatically think they were $AU, but not so. Nobody mentioned that until it was too late. I finally got onto Customer Service who is now going to refund portion of the amount I paid, for which I am grateful, but have to wait 5 to 7 days for them to process. It only took them 5 seconds to debit my account. Overall I feel I have had a very bad experience, and unless this matter is resolved to my satisfaction, I shall not give them a very good rating, and advise future customers (by social media/facebook etc) not to deal with this crowd.

Nilesh Sawant did an excellant job in correcting my problems on my computer today the 31st of Jan 2015. Each time I have called GuruAid for help I have been greeted by a pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable individual who spoke with me first by phone and setup remote access to my PC in order to understand my problem. The "greeter" then forwarded me to a capable technician. In each case, the technician continued the assistance via a chat line interface and did a great job of solving my problems.

Dhaval Shah was the technician who helped me during my latest visit and he was as capable and helpful as any of the GuruAid support staff. However, I have been helped by at least eight staff members with a mix of about half-and-half male and female. Each and every one of these individuals provided a top notch level of support.

In this age of incredibly poor customer service from so many companies, GuruAid stands out as a great example of the way things should be done. I have paid them a substantial amount of money to maintain two laptops in our household for several years to come. When I first made this commitment, I was nervous about the value of my decision because I had tried things like this before and they had not worked out so well. Now that I have had several chances to ask for and receive their help, I am delighted to feel that I actually got this one right.

Good rescue

Pop-ups are gone!
