This is the second time that I have had to ring Guru Aid for a repair in two days regarding two separate systems. Both times, Guru Aid fixed the issues quickly & professionally. Great Job. Thank you.

Today I called because my computer many problems. They were all successfully rectified.
From Customer Service to the Technician all staff were very polite and efficient.

Amit helped me with my problem and repaired it to my satisfaction. I would compliment all the staff at Guruaid as being very friendly and knowledgeable.

I joined GURUAID 9 days ago and initially I was impressed and the problem I had at the time got resolved in reasonable time, unfortunately today after a second problem occurred I spent almost 7 and half hours in front of my screen. I cannot explain why but one of the service centre individuals made an incorrect acusation which totally made me very angry partivularly as I had been very patient all along. I have paid for a year contract which I certainly will use should the situation arise BUT as things are right now I will be reluctant to continue or even recommend if the gentleman or any colleague responds to me in the way he did today. The actual individual who was trying to sort my problem was most polite.

I rang with some issues and needed a clean up but other issues came up which were delt with and I had complete confidence with the service I got it was excellent a fantastic service which I would recommend.

These guys have been miricle workers. If I ever have anymore computer problems I will definately callGuru They explained what they were doing and they did'nt make me feel like a dumb blond when I asked questions. They were both curtious and professional in the help they provided for me. They were great and time effecient. Thank you again for your help.

I subscribed for one yr, then asked me to extend a yr for a lower rate which I did. I then asked to clean my system and a tech scrubbed my act data base with 12 yrs activity. I canceled the 2nd yr and was given a full refund. I resubscribed for one year. I had to pay a higher price as i was a few days late rensaewing. I have since read complaints online and decided to cancel. I have had the New sys since August. I was told if we were just a few days they would give a full refund. We are 9 days past the 30 day refund and have to pay $120.00 to cancel. I paid $179.99 in August and the only refund I get is $59.99. I had difficulty understanding their staff and had to wait up to one hour to service completed that I think could have been done on half the time. This is a common complaint of other users.

Milan was excellent at completing the task assigned to be fixed. I have been very happy with Guruaid service and attention my problems assigned to them. Keep up the good work.

I've been using Guru Aid for four years now and have NEVER had problems with the company or technicians. Having a direct line to get immediate help is so nice. It's is wonderful service to have.

Yes, I am pleased with the service that I have received. Hafizul was very helpful & related to every issue with my computer problems. The computer is much more responsive & I am able to access my email account again. He even help me fine tune the jumpy curser & improved the sensativity on my email screen. I will recomend GuruAid to others.

I only have had this laptop for a couple weeks, I was ready to return it but Now I will definitely keep it! I recommend Rajesh if anyone needs Any work! Thank You Again!:)
