I just bought from Germany (Outlet Guess Wertheim Village) an Olivette Jacket on the 24th of November. I've sent the quality claim to on the 10th of december to *******@guess.eu but without any succes. Soon is February and I can't use the jacket. I wrote a lot of messages and nobody is answering.
I go often in their regular store, so I know their items and it's so good to check occasionally for seasonal discounts. Delivery is quite fast (even to Slovenia) and you can return (free shipping) if there is something wrong with your delivery. Love it!
The young girls they hire don't have a clue what customer service is let alone Good customer service, which is a direct result of extremely poor management or lack thereof! Ignored it and continued to shop there but just can't see giving one more dime to a company that thinks so little of it's patrons! No more! Guess outlet at Tanger Outlet, Glendale, Az.
I've bought some articles in the past, but I was very disappointed with the low quality, and the frequent defects. The right to the legal warranty was denied with ridiculous excuses for items bought in the shops. Return of orders placed online was never once smooth. Disrespectful toward customers and law. Never again!
