I would like to show appreciation to this company. I ordered 3 rings but I measured incorrectly, so they were huge. I contacted GTHIC and they worked with me on my exchange, even when there was a hiccup. They messaged me back whenever I messaged them, not instantly but they do respond back the next day. The rings were also of great quality and fit perfectly now. I will definitely be purchasing from them again because I've had my eye on a couple of other things

I was initially worried when I was ordering my rings. It seemed like it was too good to be true…. And alas it was. The rings are bad quality, and the customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. I am unable to get my money back from my order and extremely stunned at the lack of support. Stay away from this site.
Fantastic experience. I initially ordered the wrong size rings (my fault!) and GTHIC made it super easy to get the right size and was extremely helpful in working with me when there was a mixup with USPS. 10/10 would recommend. And the rings look great!

At the time, most of the jewelry available on the market was forged in high quality – and high priced – silver. Kris, one of our founding members, used to save up for weeks just to buy a single ring that required regular maintenance. It occurred to Kris and his friends that since silver rings were prone to wear and tear and were expensive, why not make jewelry from cheaper and more durable materials and create a store to promote these pieces?
It was this idea that led them to stainless steel jewelry. They wanted to make it so anyone could afford jewelry that reflected their individuality. With this idea in mind, our three founders established our brand, GTHIC.
