I recently purchased 2 of the same item. When I received the package only one items was in the box but it stated that both were delivered. I contacted Groupon through chat and they immediately sent out another item for free. They asked me if I wanted the 2nd item or a refund I picked the item and I just got it in the mail yesterday! I LOVE Groupon.

I love how groupon helps you save some dollars for a lot of things. I usually get tickets here if I'm planning to visit a museum or parks with my friends. The bigger the group, usually, they have better offers. You just need to make sure that you read the fine print before purchasing or checking it first with the establishment.

I miss this site so much! Have not found a replacement since! I purchased 90% of my wardrobe from Ideeli now I barely shop. Tried Zulily and others the selection is terrible or over priced. Someone please revive Ideeli. All my pieces that people ask where I got them were purchased from Ideeli.! Can't even find my favorite brands that used to be on there.

For exactly 120 for a couples massage was not reflected on my account. I contacted groupon and gave them the order number in question as well as screenshots of my confirmation email. Instead of inquiring on the issue they refunded a second groupon voucher I bought for a movie ticket in the amount of 26.45 when I paid 29.45 and skipped out on paying my 3 additional dollars. When I contacted them a third time, my email was blocked. I would have been fine calling and explain this issue but there is no customer service number. Beware of the bs. Groupon is sketchy.

The first time I found out about Groupon I was excited about the discounts, never fails to give a happy face, thanks Groupon. All the negative reviews are probably posted by angry Businesses who are losing money because they decided Groupon is not making them money, well you people decide to use Groupon to advertise for you than you don't to pay for their services, honestly doesn't make much sense. But I am a very very happy customer!

I just returned from a session with Gia at I am Hypnosis. The session was wonderful. Gia is friendly, helpful, and very easy to talk with. Using a soothing voice, and very supportive, loving suggestions and visualization, she helped me address the issue about which I'd emailed her. We purchased a house cleaning voucher from Groupon. We got a cleaner by the name of Iranda. OMG! She did an awesome job cleaning our house. I was so impressed with her attention to detail. I always had the best experience with groupon. I purchased the 2 groupons and wasn't able to use them before their expiration and neither was able to extend them. I contacted the customer support and was refunded the balance right away. It says a lot about customer support. Kelvin was very kind and professional and helped me get refund in no time. Awesome experience with Carrie. I came in with a picture of how I wanted my hair cut and man she just copied it perfectly! She also gave me some advice on how I could make my hair healthier and tips on brushes to use and techniques that most stylist will not give out. Wonderful person too she genuinely wants to make you happy when you leave. Great Groupon price and excellent customer service.

I have gotten sooooo many great deals on things to do( such as paintballing tickets which included gun and gear rental), clothing items, services(like an oil change and visit to the optometrist) for a way cheaper price. I look on it every day to see what new deals there are. I'm all about the deals. If your like me give this website a chance, you won't regret it!

I had some booking date issues with a recent Groupon order that was through no fault of Groupon. As the error completely was due to my oversite. With this being said. Groupon still refunded me the entire cost and was super helpful and accommodating. My situation was resolved and refunded within 5 minutes. I will always look to book with Groupon moving forward.
