Web site states within eight business days to receive product. Took longer than a week to show that it was shipped, sitting in the Netherlands for five days now. Grooves.Land does not respond to my inquiries. Avoid this company
Ordered a Ayrton Senna dvd from this company 5 weeks ago. They took money from my account immediately and never sent the dvd. No way of tracking order. These people are criminals they should be banned from trading. Avoid at all costs.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago, I received it within 4 days and I was very satisfied. Once again, I placed another order for $721 and some change. I was so delighted for the time they took to pack my order. Shipping from Berlin, Germany to the United States was extremely fast via FedEx. These folks deserve a thumb up for the great job they did. Like I said on my first review, someone has to have the courage to lift those guys up for a job well done. Now that I can prove it myself how great grooves.land is, I will ignore most of the negative feedbacks that people wrote about grooves.land. Some people are so difficult to satisfied, no matter what you do, they will find something negative to say about you.

I ordered a SD memory card for my cell phone and spent 18$. I thought I was getting a deal, turned out I was just getting scammed. If you got money to Waste then this is the perfect website for you! Because you will NEVER get your product! It started out saying 5-8 business days, then that slowly went into a month of waiting without Any update notice! Horrible online shopping website, I'll Never use or recommend this website to any Human being!
I ordered a singer sewing machine and paid 130 for it. Received a confirmation email and all was well. 2 weeks after the order was placed, I emailed asking for an update on the order. No response. I let it go a couple more days and sent another message. Still no response. I decided at this point it must be a scam so, thankfully I had paid through PayPal, and I opened a dispute. Only THEN did I receive a response from the company through Paypal telling me the item wasn't in stock, there had been a mistake and could I please wait while they tried to get more stock in. I said I would wait and I did right until the point I had to escalate through paypal. I escalated, no response from seller at all. Still waiting for refund through paypal. This is possibly the worst transaction I've ever encountered in my life. And I do a lot of online shopping. I would highly recommend staying away from this company and buying your product elsewhere. Utterly abysmal.
I bought an item on grooves.land, not realizing that they are offshore and would take a long, long time to fulfill. They also have a 14 day no-questions asked return policy, that they do not honor. I bought a $300 printer and because it took so long to get to me (US), I had to buy another so I could continue business. Then, I asked to return the unit (13th day) and they said they would. Now, once the unit has arrived they said that they will not take it back because I am a business.
This is their first response "we can not cancel your order since the order is already dispatch and on the route.
Ones the package is back we will of course refund the amount.

Bought a motherboard during Covid from them. Stopped working very shortly. After painful communication with them, I sent it back to them dor RMA, which was rejected by them after a month wait. They showed a picture of massive damaged cpu pins claiming the mechanical damage is not covered. I swear I was super careful and shipped it with the protective cover. Seems to me they deliberately caused the damage. Horrible experience with a total loss of ~$700.

I was not given a domain nor website content. The converstation about eitther never took place, the only thng Katrice told me is that every six months I would have to contact her; which I now know is not true.Katrice does not take feedback and is very hostile and rude.
There were a lot of warning signs from other reviews but I ordered a Inno3D 4070 Ti X3 (two slot card to fit the FormD T1, unavailable from US retailers) at a very reasonable price and received it in perfect condition.
Be aware that the shipping estimates are not accurate unless you live in or near the Netherlands (where their warehouse is located). Mine was estimated at 5-9 business days but actually took about three weeks to arrive (one week to be handed over to PostNL, two weeks to make it to Seattle). If shipping time is your priority you might be better off eating the markup from Aliexpress.
The Grooves.Land customer service team was quite responsive but did seem to be recycling CS scripts a little.
THEY SELL FAKE ELECTRONICS! Maybe games and and small items are ok but any item over $100 avoid them. They dont reply to emails! SAVE YOUSELF THE HEADACHE AND AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!

They sold me a faulty computer case and later refused to refund me saying it had been 10 months since purchase. The defect could not be noticed immediately and required time to set in. I explained all this but they ignored. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
