I renovated our basement laundry and storage room with concrete floors and wanted a flooring product that would be comfortable to walk and stand on. Amazingly after much research, I found the 5/8" Premium Foam Mats from Greatmats. Interlocking 24"x24" foam mats that were exactly what I was looking for. These mats provide comfort, warmth and are very durable to say the least. Easy to work with when fitting them into place and cutting. Without hesitation I wholeheartedly recommend thse floor mats.

On the delivery side, part of the delivery fee was specified "inside delivery." The driver "couldn't get the mats inside", I think he was running behind and didn't try very hard. We were charged almost $50 for the inside portion of our delivery and it didn't happen. We had to move the almost 4000 pounds of mats ourselves by hand. We would just appreciate a refund for that portion of our delivery. Thank you.
The youtube videos really helped us decide what kind of tile we needed for our home training space. We already started our training and the mats are great for foot work. We are extremely happy with our purchase, awesome quality, service and delivery speed.
It was easy to order a sample online and it shipped promptly. I had also ordered a sample from a different retailer. Their carpet tiles were slightly less expensive, but as it turned out, the foam was not as thick and the carpet pile was not as comfortable. The color of tiles I purchased from GreatMats also suited my purpose much better. My husband cut them to fit as a custom kitchen anti-fatigue mat along the length of my bow-shaped kitchen counter. I'm very pleased with the feel and look of the carpet tiles.
The last time I placed a order my mats were back ordered for a couple months. I appreciated being contacted and given the trucking company's contact information so I could call them and find out when the order was being delivered.
I have contacted the sales department by phone to buy using their help making sure I was buying the right product and ALL the people who picked up my call were very rude. They didn't offer any support or showed the willingness to help. And after all of that I received the wrong product.

I used my rubber to line the drawers of a large tool box. It was cheaper than any nice way to line it and with the softness of the rubber, it is quiet and does not let the tools slip. If I ever need to clean it just pull it out and pressure wash it. THANK greatmats

After I received the order, the calculator had advised on too many tiles for the space. I now have to return 2 dozen - after keeping a few extra.
Although it wasn't apparent at time of check out that the item was actually in stock and would get here on time, it did indeed get here quickly (faster than expected) and in great condition. Thanks for being reliable and new good vendor.
My order came quickly and was packaged well. It looks just like the one I bought several years ago. The old one I'm taking to the gym to use there, and keeping the new one at the house. Both my son and I love these mats!
There are many options with detailed descriptions of each. The sales associates are very quick to reply to questions and are helpful. Being able to order free samples is extremely helpful and much appreciated.
Great website. Good information. I ordered with high expectations. I have not been disappointed. The mats arrived in less than a week. I installed the new mats in a 180 square ft. Room in a couple of hours. The floor has been better than we expected.
I placed my order no problem. The pre-delivery instructions were wrong saying I had to be home to sign for the package and required a forklift or loading dock to get the package off the truck. The box was small and weighed about 20 pounds so it was easy to carry and was delivered to my door without any signature. The box included no assembly instructions but I went on line and printed my own. The box had insufficient padding inside so the product pieces were loose inside the box allowing them to bounce around inside the box. Luckily the product had no apparent damage. The product appears to be good quality at a reasonable price.
Took a little longer than I expected to ship. I thought I had ordered a mat (black) that was in stock and would ship within three days. Instead it took a week to ship. That said it arrived quickly after that and the mat itself is high quality and was a good value.

Made my order on Friday got my mats the next Wednesday. Quick delivery. Mat's were not what I really expected they were better in quality and looks than what I expected. Great mats to have at a home gym so I can keep my self in shape and start teaching the family Gracie jou jitsu.
