It was easy and convenient. The only thing to add is upon review of the order if there is a mistake I recommend having a button to back to the billing or shipping section. You only have submit order button.
About two weeks ago I was trying to place an order with difficulty and called your company. A rep assured me that we had placed the order. It appears we did not. I am reentering this order. Second attempt was successful and I received the order in a few days.
The color I wanted was out of stock. The driver couldn't make it up our narrow and bumpy street, and my husband had to meet him at a different location the next day. The driver was rude and didn't help my husband load the mats into our van...instead, he dumped them on the ground and drove away.
Mats look great... arrived on time and looked exactly as posted on website.
The calculator was helpful. The mats look great and are easy to install and cut with a scissors to tailor the fit.
The mats were installed in a finished basement and offer good cushion and insulation from the cold concrete floor.
A family member and I have been building a mat room in his basement for the practice of jiu-jitsu. We finished it up the other night and have been working on the mat together. I am impressed with the quality and durability of the mat squares.
I wanted to use these floors on top of a carpet for basketball dribbling practice in a basement. Unfortunately the ball bounces better when dribbling on the carpet as compared to dribbling on this flooring.
These were the original tile from 11 years ago. Original contractor is gone, but I remember him saying they are charcoal gray. I hope they fit. After I got them, found out the note left by contractor was incorrect about the color. I am going to rethink how I am going to do this. I have not had chance to put in, but thinking I will take some old tiles out and put these in. The old tiles will then be used to patch the broken tiles and later will order more charcoal gray. Eventually all the tiles will be charcoal gray and the other ones will be gone.
Once I placed my order. I immediately realized I had made a mistake. I wished to order 3 of the item I purchased, instead of the 2 that I DID order. I followed up immediately with an email regarding my mistake. I wanted to add to the order. No one followed up with me. Because of that, I gave a lower than normal rating. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you!

Second Order: We liked the carpet tiles so much, we decided to expand the tiles in my husbands work area.
The website had lots of information and the questions I had were answered quickly and kindly by the person who answered the phone. The mats were delivered within a few days and look great on the floor!
The website is not user-friendly. I attempted to order a product listed with free shipping along with another product without free shipping. The algorithm applied the full shipping charge (nearly $200) to the entire order. I was obliged to order the non-free-shipping items separately in order to get the substantial free shipping on the larger order. Moreover I received a number of damaged tiles.
We think they are perfect for our situation. The Mrs. Is so happy. We have a very small backyard that is basically a dust patch.
I have all ready installed the mats, and it makes a nice 10' X 10' table area to entertain and eat without kicking up the dust underneath. Put a small rug down and a slate table w/ 4 chairs. Looks great.

I was a little shocked when I opened the first box. I was expecting a light tan color based on the color on the Internet; yet the brown/yellow is not a light tan, it was brown, almost burgundy in color. The color of the floor matched the room, so I installed it and the room looks great. Very easy to install.

I changed the shipping address and after I pressed the order button I see that the address was not changed on your end. Disappointed. Now I have to take more time to be sure you correct it.
