The product was great and it came faster than we expected! However when we open 2 of the boxes the tiles had a different texture and they were different! We were in crunch time so no time to return and wait for them to send them back.
Why would they send 2 boxes out of 9 with a different tile texture? My guest is they need to be more careful and control the quality before it ships
I had bank fraud department troubles when ordering, which complicated the transaction. GREATMATS Customer Service was very helpful, efficient, and pleasant. When the mats arrived, the colors and quality were what we wanted. We are happy with our purchase.
Decent pricing. Definitely a jump in shipping for certain items weighing basically the same amount. What I bought happened to be free shipping but things weighing similar were $300 shipping for some reason. Received the product and it was excellent for our workout room. Easy to roll out and unpackage and easy to fit together two pieces. Thank you!
It was fast and easy to find what I wanted. The mats are great and my only problem was one of the mat faces was torn in several places but customer service was great and sent a replacement out right away (along with another mat I purchased).
Out-of-stock items. This should be listed on the product page not just at the cart. Your product descriptions don't ever mention pointe. I stumbled across the proper product to purchase for use with pointe shoes.

Simple ordering experience without confusion. The product was received on time and was accurate. The quality of the product met expectations and performed well for the intent (being used over carpet to handle the weight of a squat rack, dumbbells, and miscellaneous other equipment). I saw only very minor deflection at the seams due to the soft carpeting, but they are decreasing over time as the flooring and equipment are settling. I would purchase this product again in the future and from Greatmats.com.
Good product discriptions to make an intelligent choice. I plan to use this under a 50 square foot tent floor to protect the old canvas and cushion at the same time. A lot lighter and more portable than plywood.

The only thing that was confusing was tile amounts when getting two colors that add up to over 15 because of the automatic bump up, but other than that smooth. You can do it once they are both on the order and you lower the count but you have to start off with the minimum.
I would've liked tracking information and confirmation that my order was received. When I emailed to check on it, because it wasn't posted on my page, the lady was really rude.
The tiles look good and I hope they work great for my sons new play room. Time will tell how well they hold up.
JoAnn is terrific, very patient and knows the product. I am building an exercise area for my wife and this is perfect. I am also looking at the garage floor, it is too cool. Only concern is that I may want to spend too much time in the garage with this show casing my cars!

Very easy. Loved pics and info and reviews! But once we started to install the carpet foam mats with the woodgrain foam mats at the doors they would not interlock. This was very disappointing. So now we have to try and make it work out by cutting the foam mats. Love the carpet mats. I wish in the description for the wood grain it would have said that they won't go with the others and that it will wear and tear quicker. Thanks
I started out buying the wood look foam flooring for the in law house out back. I left led it so much that I have now used it for the kitchen floor and now the bedroom floor of the in law house! It reduces the cold from the concrete foundation, is soft on your feet, the kids can spill and its an easy clean up and they are water resistant! I love them!
Good. Ordering was easy, however I did see a note few months ago about calling to order certain colors. When I sent an e-mail to a help message I was sent no one ever answered my e-mail. Otherwise, great experience.
Just what I was looking for, easy order. The rolls were delivered open on both ends causing damage to the ends of the mats. We have not unrolled them yet, but hoping we have enough to cut off torn ends
Everything was as advertised. Durable and easy to assemble. Works excellent over carpet. The resulting floor is very firm and not very forgiving. While it holds up to heavy items set on it, like gym equipment, it is not ideal for exercises such as martial arts, plyometrics, or aerobics that involve jumping or quick turns. The seams are tight, but can be felt under bare feet as can the ribbing under the tiles. The surface also has a lot of grip, so any barefoot exercises risk blisters and peeled skin/mat burn unless you have well-developed callouses. I recommend shoes for any use of this floor.
Easily placed order as guest. I really liked the mat but for tap dancing you really need to place it on top of a cement floor to hear a sharp clear sound for tap dancing which we luckily have in a section of our basement. I tried putting it on top of plywood but the sound was muffled and not the same as on cement. Overall I was very satisfied with the mat.
Easy to use website. The martial arts/ BJJ puzzle mats I ordered are just amazing for the quality and thickness (1 1/2 in). Very much worth the quality and value for the mats and shipping. My basement dojo looks great with them in it. It should be noted that put together they are a little short of the full 2 feet for each mat. This adds up to about 2-4 inches lost over "14 feet" of mat (actual for 7 mats is approx. 13 ft. 9in.) Not bad at all, but you might need to know this if you are trying for a specific space.
