I have recently taken an agile and scrum development training course from Graspskills. The lessons learned are incredible, extremely helpful, well organized and well structured. The tutor was also very friendly, nice and patient. His teaching skills and straightforward style helped in understanding all the study material. My Graspskills review is about a really great session and as all and every aspect was explained well and in detail.

I really liked the Agile and Scrum certification training course conducted by Graspskills. They are highly professional. There were some technical problems initially when the online course began ut the support team was quick to resolve the issue. Also, I was not sure about how I would be able to attend the course after a tiring day at work but the instructor impressed me. Not only did he know his stuff but also made it fun by cracking jokes and giving real life examples.

I attended Leading SAFe 4.5. Having a very experienced facilitator who was able to discuss points far beyond the basic principles went a long way. He ensured the training is active and everyone participated and interactive training and kept us engaged throughout the day. The facility provided for the training was also very good. I would very much recommend this course to my friend's circle.

Wonderful experience while going the training with Graspskills. They have a great knowledgeable facilitator guide for everyone. Everything was so perfect. The trainer gave plenty of real-time examples in high interactive. The training materials are excellent and sufficient to learn everything. Overall great experience and I will take more training at graspskills with happily.

Make sure to pay with PAYPAL if you are desperate enough to use this firm for training as they will insure you against non delivery. That's the only good thing to have gone my way when dealing with this outfit. I paid NZ$1,800 to Graspskills for a Scaled Agile course in Wellington, New Zealand. Graspskills were unable to deliver the training due to lack of interest but would not offer me a refund (despite their own policy stating that they must provide one). They kept trying to put me on another course at a later date which did not suit my requirements.
Be warned if you start corresponding with anyone call David Jones from Graspskills. There is no David Jones- this is a fake name. When I called Graspskills Australian Number (several times), it was routed to India and if you ask to speak with David Jones, they will say that they are David Jones. But as soon as you start asking questions, they defer to the real' David Jones who you never hear back from!
DO not deal with Graspskills, timewasters and refused to provide a refund to me despite not being able to deliver the course.

Title: Enjoyed doing the Business Case writing practicals
I recently attended the business case writing training course by Graspskills in Johannesburg and thoroughly enjoyed it. The trainer was excellent and made the entire course enjoyable especially the practicals which was like a brain teaser and test to check what we had understood from the course. I only disliked the venue although the arrangements were good. I would recommend this course to everyone.

I have participated in the PMP Prep training at Delhi in June 2016. And compleating for the exam on Jul 25th. And got my PMP tag in Aug 2017. I highly recommend Graspskills to my friends. The training was highly effective and the course content helped me on my journey to PMP. I thank Graspskills for being a partner in my preparation. The back end team is very supportive. The mock tests really helped a lot which highly resemble the actual test.

We had a really bad experience with the company.
We had an applicant for a training event they organized in Budapest, they canceled it, after this - in return - they offered an online training opportunity, we accepted it, but they canceled it as well and when we asked for refund according to their own refund policy - (~1100 EUR) they flattered us for months. After a while, they did not even react on our mails and we could get our money back only with the strong support of PayPal and American Express.
I highly recommend to avoid them.

I recently delivered a PCI-DSS training. I liked the way they balance their curriculum which is beneficial for the participants and also for me as a trainer, it was a good blend of classroom deliverables and real-time exercises. The trainees were working professionals and it was a good experience sharing knowledge. The people who I was in contact with, treated my pleasantly and with respect at every time.

I along with my team scheduled an ITIL training in my company premises. The instructor was quite patient, helpful and co-operative as an individual. The faculty has got in-depth knowledge and has experienced service management to a great extent. I and my team is glad about the experience and would look forward to using it in the next project. We learned many things about information technology service management and the training was really tailored as per our needs.

I liked the Agile Estimating and Planning training course that was conducted by Graspskills. It was in-house training where they took care of all our needs and requirements. The trainer was professional and gave us industry relevant examples to help us understand the subject better.

I got my PMP Certification today from PMI and I am elated beyond words. All the credit goes to Graspskills for conducting such a fabulous course with real-life examples and practice tests that were so apt to help me prepare for the exam. Also, they area good set of trainers- my trainer, in particular, made it so easy to understand that I could actually imagine him sitting in front of me during the exams. I passed in the first attempt and cannot find enough words to thank the Graspskills team for it.

I have attended A&S training which was organized in our office. The training was excellent and the trainer had really good knowledge. We have received the course completion certificate once the training was completed. Also experienced very good chat/call support.

I paid for PSM classroom training and paid via credit card. The training was supposed to happen in April end however it got cancelled. Initially Graspskills employee (Apoorva Agarwal) offered me to take up another course but when I refused she promised I will get my refund in 30 days. Now it has been over 6 weeks and they have not refunded my money, they are not picking up my call and neither replying to my mails.
Please do not take any training with Graspskills, they will harass you like anything.

I enrolled for PMP certification sixth edition in Graspskills. After enrolling the course I was read the Graspskills review. In that reviews only give the confidence to attend the training in Graspskills. The course content covers every one of the ideas exceptionally well. Additionally, there are sufficient recreation tests gave which helps in exhaustive hands-on PMP ideas, which helped in picking up trust in endeavoring the PMP confirmation exam. Thank you for the wonderful and useful training.

Graspskills is great. I have taken a PMP classroom training. The atmosphere was motivating and positive. PMI approved and PMBOK guide based training material helped me improve my understanding of the several project management concepts with which I struggled before. I benefited greatly from this training. Now, I can easily relate all this knowledge I have gained from this training workshop to the projects I work on as a project team member in my organization.
