Not to discount anyone else's experience, but I have ordered well over 10 items just over the last several weeks and have had nothing but a positive experience every time. Two items that were damaged upon arrival I submitted pictures of and was refunded wholly within 24 hours, they have also honored price adjustments. To be honest, sometimes the customer is not 100% right so I would take any negative reviews with a grain of salt.

I receive the wisteria wreath as a gift. It is cheaply made, and looks pathetic. I looked at the catalog to see what the price was, and I was shocked at the cost of the wreath that is totally not worth it at all. That is why I reached out with this review and I reached out to the company who said they were going to replace it. I was informed I would receive a new wreath in 5 to 7 days. It has been over a month now and have not received the product. I would not purchase anything from this company.

I ordered a garland for my kitchen mantel. After waiting for 2 weeks, I got an email from Grandin that my return was processed. Made no sense because it had never been delivered to me. I never got it! I called and spoke with 2 different people and both said that UPS often sends back packages that are damaged. Really? I have received hundreds of UPS deliveries and it never happened before. No apology for the inconvenience and clearly no concern with customer satisfaction. Last time I support Grandin Road!
Spent 4 calls and got a customer service rep who agreed to refund my $. Done I. Thought. At 945 pm they call, I am asleep and the rep wants more info that I do not possess as this was picked up 3 weeks ago.
Will have to start dispute with my bank due to their poor service and inconvenient call. I had given him my email. This is a lot of $$. Never again

Unfortunately, there is not a store close to me so I called and asked about ordering and if the item isn't to my standards, would I be able to return and the answer was absolutely, so I placed the order got it quickly and of course it was not something we wanted to keep, which is where the problem starts.
Sure they absolutely said they would issue me a refund once they got the product back. That was the problem after 4 phone calls and a month NOTHING yet, so I finally had to call my credit card company (because if they don't pick it up they don't have to credit you - spoke to a manger before I called Chase and he did NOTHING but lip Service so don't bother buying anything from them, unless you want to keep it LOL

I got a catalog from Grandin Road which on the front stated free shipping and 20% off! I wanted to buy 2 very nice area rugs from them, but when I went to the cart, they charged me for shipping. When I called customer service to inquire, they said you only get one or the other. I understand if it's a very large items, but a rug is not! On sale should not negate free shipping, when you get a text first thing that says Free Shipping! The exclusions said nothing about rugs.
Looked like a great rocking chair- the paint did not hold up and now the chair is in horrible shape- GR does not stand behind their products- was told the warranty was for one year and I am passed that! No matter what, the chairs should never have become so unsightly- do not buy unless you can use indoors!

Ordered a coffee table that was "guaranteed" to be here by Xmas (2weeks after order date). 6 weeks later and it hasn't even been SHIPPED yet. Several emails, live chats and phone calls later (including a phone call demanding a supervisor) and still nothing. They keep saying "it's being moved to a different warehouse and will be shipped from there."
Okay but WHY can't ANYONE tell me when (at least approximately) that will happen?! Communication is awful, and I am extremely disappointed in this company. The best they have done so far is given a $50 credit toward my $500 order. After all this trouble it ought to be free if you ask me. I will update/add more reviews and this process continues because I will raise hell over it.
Rude and incompetent. Bought a sofa from Grandin Road and paid for "white glove" service as we are in our 70's and the sofa is 84 inches and heavy leather. "White glove" means they set the sofa up. Well they left it on it's side and would not screw in the 6 legs and turn it over. Part missing for 1 of the wheels as well. Grandin Roadhas lodged a complaint with J. B. Hunt and are paying us to have someone come out and turn the sofa upright as J. B. Hunt REFUSED to send the driver and helper back k out and said we can wait 3-7 days til they can get around to it. If possible avoid this company. We will never purchase from Grandin Road again because this is who they use.

I bought 2 almost 500$ bar stools. One was new and the other was clearly a RETURN. The hardware was missing pieces and in a zip lock baggie. Scrapes and dents all over. What kind of business practice is this? I would maybe expect this from Wayfair…. But to spend this much and receive someone's returned item… not ok.

Bought a Grandin Road Coir monogrammed bordered door mat in the fall and by Christmas it was wearing out quickly and the material was scattered all around our porch. And it's protected from the elements and and lightly stepped on! Good looking but very cheaply made/poor quality product. Don't buy it!
I ordered some halloween stuff before I checked reviews, which is my fault, but let me tell you the corner spider webs are cheaply made and rip with any tension they are single use items. The skeleton spider still hasn't come and is now back ordered to october 20th. Which means I will not have it in time for halloween. This has been a poor experience with them for my first time I will not be shopping with them again. Save your money the items look cute but not worth the expense.

These guys are totally dishonest - advertise one price on the website, then charge a different amount (the full undiscounted price) in the cart - then claim it's because discount offers can't be "combined" - i didn't use any discount offers...

This company is a total fraud! The "sales" are not sales but a bait and switch for when you get to checkout. Be careful they over tax, over charge for shipping, and change the original price of the item during the last minute at check out. It's unfortunate because they lost a buyer in me for trying to over charge an extra hundred dollars. Bad business model!
Grandin Road charged me over $800 in shipping fees for furniture that I either canceled before it was shipped (2 pieces) or returned due to damage. The quality of the furniture is horrible and their shipping fees are outrageous. The communication system between the furniture company and the shipping company doesn't work. I called three times to cancel two items and still got notices to set up an appointment for delivery. I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to overpay for shipping of low quality furniture.

Purchased 8 outdoor rugs June 2019. We bring them indoors for storage from November to April. After two years they are all needing to be replaced. The color comes off and the corners fray and fade. Outside of one year warranty so Grandin Road basically said too bad.

I will NEVER by from this company again, and I suggest you think twice before you considering shopping at Grandinroad. I purchased two outdoor benches as a house warming gift for my daughter in Jan 2021. We used them for one season. When winter approached, the benches were taken inside and stored in the house for the winter. When we got them out to use them for this summer, there was one board on the seat of one of the benches that was apparently a bad board, and/or a bad finish. The board splintered and peeled in three or four different spots. I sent an email along with three pictures to their product specialist, which is exactly what customer service instructed me to do. She said I was just outside of our one year warranty, but she was sure they would help. The product specialist sent an email back basically saying, " sorry, you are outside of your warranty, the benches need to be treated annually with polyurethane." She also suggested that I can sand the board down smoothly, go to the hardware store, purchase some black paint, and touch the board up myself. Exactly what I would expect to have to do for a $700.00 dollar purchase, a mere year later! It is very obvious that it was not from a lack of polyurethane, as all the other boards are still perfect. She said since I was a valued customer, they would give me a gift card to Grandinroad, for $99.50. These benches were over $700.00, we used them for one summer, and they won't do anything except offer me a lousy $100, not even. They have a 1.87 rating here, I only wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased from them, because I would have not gone forward with the benches. I only hope this will help someone else that is considering shopping with Grandinroad... my suggestion would be to find what you are shopping for at another company that will stand behind their product.
I ordered a product from grandinroad.com. My credit card was billed the day the item "shipped". That day I received a UPS tracking number. One week later I received an email from grandinroad.com saying they had received my product return. The contractor to grandinroad.com never delivered the item to UPS, therefore, I couldn't have sent the product back. Five days later, grandinroad.com had not refunded the charge to the credit card. I filed a dispute with the credit card company. The next day I received an email from grandinroad.com saying if I didn't withdraw my dispute, I "would not be allowed to make further purchases from grandinroad.com". I called the dispute people at grandinroad.com and was told this was a "form letter" response and it "did not apply to me". A day later grandinroad.com refunded the purchase price to my credit card. Of course their scam continues. They did not refund the sales tax or the shipping charge. Now grandinroad.com says it is up to the credit card company to "allow" them to issue the rest of the refund.
WHAT A SCAM. The company made an error, but they still have approximately $50 of my money for a product they never shipped.
I would not recommend shopping with grandinroad.com or their parent company the Home Shopping Network.
I ordered a desk the freight company sent someone to delivery that smashed the box around in top of that the desk that was purchased had a lot of scratched an imperfection the drawer was broken so I gave them a review however they feel like not posting it in their website attached is their response
I ordered some sunbrella pillows at the end of May, over 500.00 worth of pillows! Over 20 phone calls, a dozen emails, escalated to a supervisor over 5 times I still don't have them. Phone calls and emails were not returned or responded to. Finally, another email comes from them only to say there's another delay... they will be shipped Oct. 30! The summer is over... I've canceled the order. Let's see if they can do that right!
I "purchased " a Doona stroller and car seat in July as a gift. Received a shipping email with no tracking number. Contacted Grendin in august and Kim Grendin said " I will check on it." Three emails later, it is October 6, and I have mot received an additional email response to my emails. I will file with credit card company and consumer affairs. DO NOT purchase from them!

I ordered 4 planters from Grandinroad. They changed my order from 4 planters to 3 without prior notice. I asked to return one because I wanted to decorate with them in pairs. I was not allowed to return even though they changed my order without any communication. These were final sale but I wanted 4 and 3 wouldn't work. No return permitted even though they couldn't fulfill order.
I placed an order for a fountain and a rug on 3/27. I experienced what others have said - they show one price, but then if you apply the free shipping they offer, the price goes up in your shopping cart. I wanted the fountain so I went ahead and ordered it anyhow. It just arrived today, 5/17. The bottom of the box was open when it was delivered. I unpacked it and one of the decorative birds on the fountain was broken off - apparently they are just glued on to the top. The fountain also has a horrible smell. I decided to return the broken fountain only to find that Grandin Road wants me to pay return shipping for a damaged item that was sent to me. This is a 30 pound item so it is not cheap to ship. I have security camera video of the delivery showing the box was open when delivered, but they still won't send a replacement without me paying for shipping again. Pretty disappointed. When I tried to leave the above review, their "moderators" wouldn't approve it, so the next customer will never know.

I ordered two decorative pillows from Grandin Road for $107, when delivered I examined the items that were not representative of the photos on the Grandin Road website. I immediately returned the items with the enclosed return label. I got an $82 credit. So $25 to inspect their junk. I wish I would have researched this company on sitejabber etc. I highly recommend you avoid this company like the plague!
Placed an online order during a recent sale. After submitting order I noticed the shipping charges were higher than I expected and the taxes were double the sales tax rate in my area. Contacted Grandin Road customer services and was told shipping is calculated on original price, not sale prices. Wow, only company I know of to charge shipping on original prices, not actual prices. Was also told over taxation would have to go through billing department. After repeated calls, live chat and emails, still no response. Buyer beware!
