Do not buy on Grailed! It is a clearing house for scammers. Paid for but did not receive my merchandise. Customer service links do not exist.
The sellers rarely have possession of the product! They'll list a item but don't actually have it so you're making a purchase for something that's not even available. Grailed do nothing to retrieve your funds..
Grailed paid there seller fees after a buyer going through Grailed tried to Scam me and charge back the shoes... Thanks Grailed...
Tip for consumers:
I do not recommend selling on this site. They are not Seller protected... They never respond...

Grailed is a marketplace for menswear of all kinds although with a streetwear root. With few exceptions most of the users are individual buyers and sellers of new and lightly used clothing. The concept isn't new but Grailed is the first menswear only marketplace and the largest of its kind. It's very easy to set up an account to begin buying and selling, which is enabled by PayPal. Grailed aims to create a community environment for its users, allowing users to communicate with one another and comment on its editorial contents. All of these set it apart from eBay alike.
As a result it draws both professional and casual sellers, coveted pieces, and high purchase intent buyers, which generate high traffic and transaction volume. Seller fee is 6% of the selling price plus PayPal fee, totalling about 10% of selling price.
I post listings on Grailed, eBay, and Styleforum since 2015. Grailed has generated a great deal more traffic and sales. Like on any marketplaces you may encounter scammers or dishonest sellers, so both buyers and sellers should be aware of their duty of care before making transactions. Upon dispute buyers and sellers should first try to resolve between each other before contacting PayPal and Grailed. I definitely recommend Grailed for both menswear buyers and sellers.
Grailed is strictly for menswear. What I like about it from a seller's point is that it has three levels to list your items: Grailed (the highest) to Core (the lowest). Core is for Ralph Lauren, Levis, those kinds of brands. Grailed is for the $300 t-shirts! And $1000 Athletic shoes; Jeezys.
The Good:
From a seller's point, I like the ease of listing items. I like the way my items look in photos. I like that they have a low % fee.
The Not so good:
But on the opposite side it seems lately the site has really been MIA. No traffic. I sold a couple of items within a month, and since then nothing is looked at or sold, so I think the owners and staff have taken a vacation and may not be working the site. They could also take a hint from Ebay and send out tips & announcements, letting the sellers know if their listing needs improvements.
It also seems to want to be an international site, doing a lot of business overseas, esp. In Asia. I'm not sure if they filter the sellers and care if they are selling knockoffs and pirated goods.
Use Grailed to find high end pieces from the designers you love.
