SCAM! Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this company. None of their goods are leather. They are incredibly cheap vinyl. You can even see the fabric on the back of the vinyl. Of course, they will not stand behind their product. There is no Grace and she is not closing up shop. It is just a way to scam you. Real leather does not quickly go up in flames and melt. Their bags do. DO NOT BUY!

1/10/25 Edit after 2 months of use- the purse material is already crumbling and flaking off. I leave my purse in the car 9 times out of 10 and just carry my wallet and car keys so my actual purse use is minimal, I stand by my initial review- junk product, not real leather or even close to cheap fake leather- do not waste your money! And to Grace Bags- I ABSOLUTELY do not want a coupon for more fake junk, I believe i paid $50 for my purse and I shouldnt have paid $15.

I purchased a leather wallet, purse and tote. From their "closing sale". These are NOT leather but cheap vinyl/pleather products. Very cheaply made, the liners feel like they might rip at any second, there are no pockets on the inside of anything, and the wallet seems to be the only thing that may hold up longer than 6 months. I will never purchase from them again, even at "80% off" I steepley overpaid for these items.

Total SCAM. DO NOT BUY? I received a cheap plastic bag that was advertised as being leather. They only offered 15% ($8) of the price on a return. The shipping would cost me $30-$50 to send the trash back. I regret not looking at the reviews before I purchased. I hope they will eventually are held accountable for deceptively misleading consumers. BEWARE

We'll Grace had the time to respond to my bad reviw. I have responded to her. She is such a sweet busy woman. How she looks that good at her age? Maintaining residences in China, and the Netherlands has got to have taken a toll on the old gal.

I followed up with them after my first review. They had sent a contact email through site jabber. They have not responded. I believe everything about graces-bags is a complete lie.

No response fm customer service after the promise of 'fine leather' turns out to be cheap, stiff, pebbled plastic. The "grace" bag is embossed with a ZMBird logo--did someone steal a truck & sell the contents? Suggest shopping at Temu for the same merch. I received no purchase receipt & no shipping notification. These are bad people.

I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I paid for "high quality leather" and "the finest leather" bags, but I received fake leather bags that are worthless. When I complained to *******@grace-bags, I told them I wanted a refund because I was sent garbage-quality, cheap, poorly constructed polyurethane bags, and when I claimed false advertising, they told me that they never said their bags were leather. (see photos of what I got vs what I ordered.) I was offered various refunds to keep the bags - starting at 15% refund and then 30% and 40%. Grace's Bags is a complete scam. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and I have a complaint ID number. To return these bags to China, it costs $42. Do yourself a favor and block their site - graces-bags.com is a complete scam practicing fraud.

They advertise real leather bags. What I received was faux leather and cheaply made. When I contacted the company I was offered a 40% refund and could keep the bags. I ask for a full refund and was given instructions on how to mail them back. Today I took the 4 bags to the post office and had to pay $71.00 to ship them back. DO NOT buy these bags. They are completely trash.

I ordered a couple items, one for my mom for Christmas. It wasn't going to be suitable, so naturally I thought I would simply return them because, as a customer, my satisfaction is of upmost importance. 😂😂
1) good luck getting ahold of anyone, ever.
2) disregard the lovely heartwarming story where she creates them by hand.
3) apparently it needs to go back to Asia somewhere, but where🤷🏼‍
4) you are supposed to return to the store it came from 😂🥊, which….ummmmm, is where exactly?
5) there plants are in Jamaica 🤷🏼‍😂

THIS IS THE WORST QUALITY BAG I'VE EVER SEEN. I DON'T THINK THERE IS A SPEC OF LEATHER ON IT. IT'S SUPER THIN AND SUPER CHEAP QUALITY! The add is so deceiving, it is truly a scam! The inside lining is not even as big as the outside of the bag. DON'T EVER BUY A BAG FROM THEM! YOU CAN GET BETTER QUALITY FOR MUCH LESS AT OTHER PLACES. It was so overpriced. It's not worth $15. And we missed the return time since we bought it for a gift, they have a 14 day return policy and I've heard they aren't good at returns either.

Pleather is not what I was expecting albeit now I know what PVC is. Then I get a 15% refund if I accept it within 24 hours - what a way to get me to keep writing about this scamming nonsense!
It makes me mad that I fell for this nonsense!

I was very much looking forward to receiving my leather backpack from Grace-Bags. The website looked relatively legitimate and, even though I wasn't naive enough to think one person made all the bags, I hoped they would be well made. When I received what was supposed to be a genuine leather bag, it was in fact fake leather (PU leather). When I wrote to the company, I was told that they were aware it was faux leather and they felt that this was an excellent material. Fair enough, but I was lead to believe that I was getting a "going out of business" sale price for a leather bag - not too cheap but within the realm of possibility as far as real leather bags go. Faux leather bags? Much, much too expensive. After much to-ing and fro-ing, I ended up with a 30% discount. It would have cost more than this for me to return the bag, as it would have had to be shipped to China where they are manufactured. (This in itself is not a problem, but it was never made clear.) Total, 100% shameless scam.

This company poses as a woman-owned business making high quality leather bags. Right now, the scam is that they are going out of business so need to dramatically drop their prices.

Their photos are of lovely bags which look like real leather, & of the beautiful, mature women who supposedly produce each bag. I not only ordered one which looked perfect, I was stupid enough to pay them a $10 "tip", feeling sorry to see a woman-owned business go under.

I started getting sales pitch emails immediately, several a day; my bag took 2 weeks longer to arrive than promised. When it arrived, it was a cheap fake, not even a good imitation of leather, & nothing like the bag I had ordered.

I had fallen for their "satisfaction guarantee", but, as others have found, that is a load of BS. They say you have to pay to return your item to their "fulfillment center in Asia", where it will be "inspected" before they decide whether or not to offer you a refund. This means that in addition to getting a crappy imitation for a premium price, you could pay another $42 to return the item & end up with no refund & no bag.

I immediately emailed both their Customer Service & "Grace's personal" email to express my dissatisfaction, & never heard back. Except for more sales pitches; today they offered a $10 off coupon.
Maybe this was once a company which produced the quality items they show, but if so, they must have sold out to an Asian company which takes advantage of their name. Sad & infuriating.

Bags look really nice on the pictures on the homepage. Real product has very low quality and is not leather. Vendor doesn't want to return money.

"GRACE" is the biggest liar ever. The website shows a smiling grey haired old lady in her leather shop who is "selecting the perfect piece of leather to the final stitch" with her "own two hands" (quoted from HER website).
These CHEAP bags come directly from China. They are SO garbage. And like other reviews, you can't return without paying lots of money. Save your $ and buy a "GRACE" purse from the dollar store.
