I should have known there was a problem when Grace bags tried to use Paypal from my bank account when I purchased the bags with a credit card. How they got my info, I don't know. I since have had two tries by entities to get $699 from Paypal I did not authorize. I don't know if was related, but sure is suspect. Paypal caught the transactions.

The ads on Facebook are totally misleading as to being leather bags and they are vinyl. They show a sweet elderly lady alluding to retiring after 34 years and it is a close-out sale.

I am trying to return and have been offered a 15% to 40% discount from my original payment to keep the bags because they mention it would cost $30 to $70 to return the items.

I have to say they have been prompt at their replies but it took from 11/8 to 11/26 to 11/30 to get the items with a limit of 14 days to return. I was out of town until 11/30.

I am requesting a shipping label and a US address to return the items for which have not been offered, yet. These items are drop shipped from Asia. Melodee Hallett
