Graces-bags

I ordered two bags.
#1 They are not leather.
#2 They are not from some woman who is making these bags in US who is retiring as implied.
#3 They are fair at best quality
#4 One has some other company's logo stamped on the bag twice.

I consider this website to be a scammer site. This experience might have been ok if I paid an off-shore vinyl purse price, but I did not.

The bag finally arrived. Cheap plastic and I would never use having paid £47.5 emails to arrange refund and no responses. Despicable dishonest people who should be prosecuted but of course never will or can be

I fell for this story and purchased. The bags arrived but were not genuine leather, but pvleather. The bags did not meet the description - no metallic button closure, external pockets were too narrow to accommodate modern smart phone etc. I complained and asked for refund. The address to return to was based in China and not Netherlands as on their website. They were polite and insistent for me to keep the bags and except 30% discount. I persevered and discount was increased. My complaint was that andvert had been misleading annd if truthful I would not have purchased. Escalated through PayPal who managed to get the full amount refunded.
If you want a reasonable looking PV leather bag go ahead but you will find cheaper priced ones for the same product.

As stated by others, vinyl bags, smell like chemicals. Then when you try to return them, they tell you how expensive that will be, and start offering a discount. 20% 40%.
TO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Total scam bags aren't made by the sweet lady on the website these bags are cheap vinyl with a really bad Oder I wouldn't even let my dog play with it I notified the company for a return through support email and they told me to keep the bag and they would refund me 20% I paid 59.95 and they want to give me 11.99 what a scam they said it would cost me to much to return guess its out of the country even though the label has a California address I will be notifying PayPal about this scam

This is a SCAM the bags are not made of leather! The fastenings are poor quality. AVOID to save disappointment!

If I could give this fraudulent company a ZERO I would. They are NOT selling genuine leather bags! Each bag I purchased was listed as high quality genuine leather. EVERY bag I received is some type of cheap flimsy fabric. This company should be shut down. Misleading and dishonest. DO NOT buy from them!

Please do not purchase from this company. I was drawn into tthis sham of a company with its story of Grace and her hardwork building up a business crafting beautiful bags. I am not easily scammed or fooled and consider myself to be a absolute fool to be duped in this way. They would not let me cancel and said shipment already in process. I have not recieved these purchases yet (2 bags,) but looking at Trust Pilot (the real one) and this site sitejabber I am not holding out much hope. I am pursuing this through PayPal.
Another point of interest is that on Facebook today this popup advert came up same old sob story but this time they go under the banner of Mabel-Bags. I wanted to give zero rating unfortunately this was not allowed.

Would give this company 0 stars if possible. Chinese scam, plastic, not leather, although leather bags are pictured in the ads.Posts on FB all the time with what seems to AI generated pictures of "Grace", fake positive reviews and fake TrustPilof ratings. FB refuses to do anything despite multiple complaints.

All of these bags are desctibed/ matketed as "high quality hand crafted leather". I stupidly ordered 3, one for myseld, 2 for gifts. They are all synthetic crappy plastic, with overwhelming chemical smell.

Good ole Chinese plastic wares with advertisement for leather bags. Junk do not buy. Won't give money back. Ask bank for fraud charge back!

It's vinyl not leather, poorly sewn. Waste of my money. Customer service is nonexistent. They have never responded after several emails. Absolute trash. Definitely a China scam that I fell for.

Website says handmade, leather, and lifetime warranty. COMES FROM CHINA, CHEAP VINYL, MISSING POCKETS, CHEAP STRAP. DO NOT BUY FTOM THIS FRAUDULENT CHINESE COMPANY.

Made in China. Not leather. Smells horrible.False advertising. Cannot cancel order. Cannot return. Money went to a company in the Netherlands. Complete fraud.

Bag is certainly NOT hand made and is NOT leather but a cheap and smelly vinyl. It is disgraceful that products are falsely described and leaves the purchaser extremely disappointed and scammed. Shame on the Grace's bags owners - you shouldn't be in business. You are the most dishonest business I have ever dealt with.

If you look up Grace Bags, it shows an older woman, that is closing her business after 34 years. She is giving great deals on beautiful leather bags! Beautiful. Trouble is, these bags are NOT leather. The company allows you to get confused with Grace Designs (a company out of Vancouver, WA). It is not the same company. All the bags ship directly from China, and are NOT real leather. I ordered one of these bags (I am embarrassed to admit). But, I noticed, when the shipping information came it showed "YUNEXPRESS". Obviously, not a local shipper. I wrote the company twice, and asked them to cancel, once I read all reviews online. NONE of them were positive, and all of them said the same thing. Not real, leather. Cheaply made, and out of China. I did further research, and yep. Same as the other companies. The 1st response to my email, was they were 'sorry', but the (fake) purse was already being processed. I could see the shipping process, and that was not true. I wrote another email, advising that I was putting a stop on my credit card, and told them I know there is no Grace, and that they were out of China. I also said I would give them a review on SiteJabber. I immediately got a response saying they had refunded me. What does it take for these foreign entities to stop the scams? I guess it takes people to stop buying. Shame on me. Shame on them for being so deceitful. Buyer beware. Research this company. And, don't confuse it with Grace Designs. Tch, tch. And, don't take it when they refuse to refund it. Just saying. So annoying. Don't buy Chinese.
