I've purchased through the site and via eBay. Shipping was quick, got exactly what I ordered. No issues or concerns. Pricing was not an issue for me on this particular product and seemed inline with other retailers I've shopped at. I have purchased multiple items and I would shop on the site again without hesitation.

I talked to a representative and he wanted to school me on graded coins versus bullion. He seem to think that I knew nothing about coins. And in the end, he said he had to go he was swamped with calls. He didn't have time for me. In the end I will not purchase coins from go mint.com.

Buyers beware of Govmint.com. I purchase two 1oz silver ealge bullion that were 24k goldplated and one was with reuthenium edition. I took both of them to my local dealership which is Hallenbeck Coin Gallery. The gentalman I was with told me both are not.999 fine silver and only maybe 1/5 silver and rest othe metals. The would not buy any silver under 50%. These coin are scam and this company needs to be put out of business.

I ordered 4 silver krugerrand coins on February 21 2023 they charged my credit card that day. I called called on March 30 to cancel the order but had to wait for company policy for another week I told them I did not want that order placed. I called on April 18 and told govmint that I wanted that order canceled again still deaf ears.called agaIn 0n 20 and told again that l did not want that order but day the govmint sent it anyway that is stone walling your customer. Today the package came anyway I called Hellow and charged credit card from February 21 to April 24 paying interest on 200.00 on my credit card they are charging my credit card with no order this should not charged until that order ready to ship. Trying to Delay my order hoping thatI Maybe I forget the order? Please not do any business with govmint or at your risk you are warned. Better business burial is in my opinion a sold out trader tried to make complaint to but day and sight refused to login my complaint completel wast of time. Mark P
