Excellent website and very reliable service. I mistakenly ordered a dark shirt with a dark design. The end product, when arrived, didn't look good. I reached out to customer support and they fixed my issue in a hassle free way. My replacement shirt is due to arrive in just a few days.

A little known but a gem of a website. Most amazing part is their customer service. When I had an issue Lucy at customer service went above and beyond my expectations to resolve it. I would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered my shirt on April 1st and I did not receive it until June 10th I had tried repeatedly to cancel my order but they would not let me. The quality of the shirt is horrible for the amount of time and money i paid.

Ordered 3 shirts in 4/16. Now June 10, NO SHIRTS!
2 of them were "delivered" on 5/21. But NO DELIVERY. They claim the shirts are being reprinted despite my requests to cancel and refund. They refunded me 50% ($12.50) for another shirt that has never been received. What a Joke! How frustrating- I ordered shirts as graduation gifts. Unreal... DO NOT USE! I can't even give them

Same as other reviews, mad at myself for not checking. Ordered a t-shirt as a birthday gift 5 weeks before the birthday and never received it. Asked for order to be cancelled and they responded that they could not because "Congrats it already shipped!" 8 days later still have not gotten it and their site shows the order is still being processed and has NOT shipped. Absolute scam.

I placed an order on 4/24/2020 and I sit here on 6/6/2020 and still have not received the shirts I have ordered and PAID for. I asked eleven days ago about my order and it was being processed... and still is. If a company cannot get out two t-shirts in 30 business days (44 calendar days), they need to shut the doors. Wish I would have read the reviews first.

I ordered a t-shirt for my grand-daughter's birthday two weeks before the actual date. After two weeks I told them to cancel the order. They did reply to this saying that they had already started processing the order even though their own website still showed the order only as "confirmed", my credit card was accepted. It was SIX weeks later that they said they were shipping the item. How long does it take to print a t-shirt?

Do not do what I did. Made an order for a Senior shirt on May 1st. The shirt has been setting in printing since May 7th. No customer service, very upset, will never do business with them again. Lesson learned.

This company has a mask that claims that "Hitler required compliance too." This is massively disrespectful to the millions who died during the holocaust and is in no way applicable to the current global situation

Bought my sons graduation shirt in the beginning of June. Sent from Texas FINALLY on July 23. I live in Florida. It has been sitting in Georgia with no update since August 3rd. It is August 19! No excuse besides this is a piece of sh*t company! Never again.
