I searched and searched online for high quality remy human hair toppers. They are really hard to find. I came across Gorgeous Strandz and made a hair topper purchase and I am so glad I did. This topper was one of the best investments. I wear it almost everyday and make sure I don't clip it in the same spot each time in order to protect my hair and scalp. Customer service was great. It can be a little hard getting someone on the phone since the pandemic but they always respond to my emails. I'm getting ready to purchase my next one. It'll be a longer length and I'm really excited.
I've been a customer at Gorgeous Strandz for over 3 years. Caroline has always been very helpful in assisting me in placing my order. I have 4 different hair toppers and love them all. The Enchantop has really changed my life. If you are looking for a quality human hair topper I highly recommend them.
I placed an order last month on September 25th and the site that it has been "processing" ever since. (It's now October 6th) No shipping or tracking information given. I e-mailed several days ago and got no response. The phone number does not allow you to wait to speak to someone (Says representatives are all busy)... you have to leave a message. (Unprofessional) Today I called before reporting them to BBB and the phone prompts said, "Thank you for calling. Goodbye". It seems like a scam. The business address is a residential condo in Atlanta. Several complaints with BBB. Don't sent them your money!
