Had a question about ordering, called and received a real person on the phone that quickly answered my question. Finished placing my order online. It was easy and the pricing and shipping were very good.

I would have liked it if a tracking number was provided when item shipped. When product did not arrive in 1 week I had to call again to ask if it had been shipped yet and get a tracking number.

I went to two hard ware stores in my town they both charged about the same price, The internet is always more reasonable, I purchased the same high quality duel outlet as the premium hard ware store at 3 time lower price.Highly recommend Gordon Electric for lower prices a and superior quality. With the shipping included in the price I still saved over $80.00 compared to the two hardware stores in my area.

The web site is old and needs to be replaced. There is no indication of when the product will arrive...However, your prices are good. I need the product prior to January 6th...I could not tell if i would receive it

I will still use Gordon Electric. My heat detectors were later than I was advised they would be. We were also charged twice on the credit card we used for payment. However, the refund was issued quickly and next time I need these detectors, I will know where to find them and hopefully order in time to get these when needed!

Basically I feel like the price for the switch plate was very high on top of shipping for over $10 for an item that weighs a few ounces. You don't even have a coupon code to cut the cost. Kind of a Bummer.

Fast and easy. It was an excellent buying experience. I will definitely do business with this vendor again in the future. I will however have to exchange the bulbs purchased for a different bulb. The bulbs I chose were not correct. My fault, not the vendor's.

Quick and easy. We are replacing all the old siding on our house and I wanted white covers for the outdoor receptacles. I couldn't find them in Lowes or Home Depot stores. I will be using this website in the future! Thank you Gordon Electric!

The search engine on your website is terrible. I had a much easier time searching in Google, then using that information to find things on your site. You had everything I wanted, but finding it was a bit painful. It also would have been good to know that the shopping cart wouldn't remember items until after I created a cart. I had put three items in there only to have it "forget" making me go looking for them all over.

Working with your web-site was easy. The blue outlets are perfect for my project. Problem was UPS - they lost my package - it took 2 weeks to arrive. The contractor had to hold up finishing my project until the outlets arrived. They were installed within a 1/2 after UPS finally delivered them.

My experience with this company was excellent. When I was ordering my replacement part on line I needed assistance and the representative Kris Kuttler was so helpful. Unfortunately I got charged twice for my order. It turned out not to be a problem, they credited my account in no time. I would definitely order again through Gordon Electric. It was the best price I could find.

Question regarding included parts (motor included; RE: call taken by Woody) was answered promptly and professionally. Price, including shipping, was below that of competitors. Door to door delivery time was within 48 hours of placing order.

Hard to find this website using Google search engine even when using the specific part number. Was ready to stop looking and then stumbled on it by accident. Sites needs to be "promoted" better on Google.
