I contacted customer service at good seats via email that my tickets were rejected. They responded right away, and indicated that I needed to provide proof from the venue that the tickets were denied. Fortunately, I was able to contact the venue and they provided a detailed explanation in writing (tickets were regenerated by the seller after they were sold to me, which made my tickets invalid). Lucky that the venue was able to track the history of the tickets. I sent this to Good Seats. They then told me that I had to send the documentation to where they (Goodseats) bought the tickets (a company called mytickettracker). Now I never heard of these people, nor had no relationship with them, but as I had all documentation, I sent it to them too. After a follow up with Goodseats, I never heard another thing from either organization. Eventually I had to dispute with my credit card company. This place, mytickettracker disputed my dispute with their policy that all sales are final, even though they sold me useless pieces of paper (actually useless bits of cyber bits). This is still pending final resolution with my credit card, though I anticipated a positive outcome as I have extensive documentation that they tickets were bogus and I complied with all of Goodseats requirements for proving my position. I suspect most people would not be able to obtain documentation from the venue, as they wouldnt have the ticket history or be unwilling to cooperate and provide the documentation. This site is not worth the hassle.
Got to the game and tickets had already been reprinted the day after I bought them which invalidated the tickets I purchased. Sent Documentation to Good Seats from the ticket office, which they requested. WIll see how they respond.

Tickets wouldn't scan. Fake seller just hangs up in you. Too bad this crap still goes on & reminds me why I've stopped going to these type of events. Call your bank immediately.

This doesn't even deserve a 1 star... I ordered tickets for Coldplay and the options were 1 or 3. I only needed two so I was like okay I'll buy one then I'll buy another one and I'll have two! So I bought one and I got an email confirmation receipt blabla then I go and buy another one and the only option is to buy two tickets. So I was like okay I'll just buy two tickets and invite someone else since I have an extra ticket. Then I didn't receive a confirmation email, but the money was taken out of my bank account. I gave it two days until I called them to see if I would get an email. When I told the guy what happened he said okay let me see what happened to your email give me the confirmation number. I was like wtf I don't have a confirmation email that tells me the number that's why I'm calling. At this point I'm already pissed. And all he said was there's nothing he can do. He needs a confirmation number. So he tried it with my name and he said only one ticket was purchased. I was like uhm no I ordered 3. You took my money and again he said there's nothing he can do. And that this has happened to 5 people already the day I called?. Like why tf would you tell me that. If his has happened to you immoderately call your bank. Never order tickets from here. They'll just take your money and said there's nothing they can do about it.
I ordered 4 tickets for a 1 PM show. Got confirmation; my credit card was charged. Then got an e-mail saying the tickets they sold me were unavailable; they wanted me to phone them. I did; was offered tickets for a later show at 5 PM on same day. I declined. They refused to withdraw the charge on my credit card explaining that I would get a "refund" within 5 days. I made a fuss that they charged my card without providing the merchandise. They said it was like returning merchandise to a store. I responded that at a store, I would have the merchandise in hand to return - they had not provided the merchandise. I asked for a supervisor (who seemed surprised when I asked if he was the supervisor). I had to explain the situation; he offered an "upgrade" of front row seats if I would take the 5 PM show tickets; I agreed. The "suoervisor" put me on hold and came back a couple of minutes later. The front row seats became row "S" (think nosebleed) tickets, which were 3 rows closer to the stage than the original tickets. Not the promised front row seats. I declined. We had a repeat of the conversation with the previous salesperson about charging my card when they could not provided the tickets ordered. The issue was unresolved. I tried to contact the customer service email address provided on the website; my message came back as undeliverable due to the non-existence of the email address.

I started calling about my tickets back on September 18,2019 because I did not get an confirmation email as promised. Finally I went to paypal found where I purchased my tickets for $475.00 and contacted Good Seat Tickets. They told me that nothing was sent but I should get a confirmation in October 2019. I contacted them on October 1,2019 and they said you will get a email on how to get your tickets on October 2,2019. On that date I looked in my inboxsssss and nothing on my tickets. The game was the up coming Sunday. I called the next day because I didn't get an email and was promised an email, nothing. I live in another state so by Friday I started canceling my hotel reservations. Sit Saturday no email, by now I'm mad and stressed. I contacted Good Seat was told that a form was put in for me to receive a refund and that someone would call me and I haven't heard a thing from them. I wasn't told how I could get my tickets or anything. I lost 475.00 to this company. I will never purchase from them again. Client of Order# *******

I had no questions whatsoever regarding where to input my credit card number, what a shock.
What WAS a shock was when I realized I was being charged $15 for shipping, and $11 in "additional fees"
So my "$46" tickets were all of a sudden $72. I was vexed.
SO, since I was NOT content with paying a near $30 in BS, I immediately jammed my fingers on the backspace, to return to the page with my information, to see if I had clicked a wrong button, because SURELY that price wasn't correct.
The best part of the process, however, was 3 minutes later, when I received an invoice via email, regarding my 'purchase of the tickets', despite the fact that I do not recall pressing a "Purchase" button. But somehow I had bought the ticket. And of course it's an "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" kind of website. What a surprise, I wonder why that's necessary?
Anyway, be it an unfortunate computer glitch, or a poorly designed website, (my inference being the latter), the tickets had been purchased, and thus, this livid customer was born.
I'm a firm believer in concepts. I'm a little upset about the $26 that was pick-pocketed away from me. But the idea of such intense nickle-and-dimeing (though it's escalated far beyond 5 and 10 cent pieces), is baffling, disconcerting, and alarms me as to what lengths people go to to milk out as much money as they can gulp down.
Well, I hope they choke on it.
We bought tickets thru this site for Meghan Trainer and it was good, we paid less than box office price I think. Either way was fine we couldn't find these tickets for this price anywhere

They do not disclose their fee. It was nearly $100 for me and not listed anywhere except fine print. Management is uncooperative and unreachable.
Great transaction - ticket prices were too good to be true! Let's hope they aren't! I'm always concerned that eTickets won't work when I get there. Time will tell.
Tickets were cheap and didn't take too long to get them, was worried at first but just make sure you follow the steps and you'll be fine!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their prices are double what you can pay ordering directly from the venue and they won't cancel or refund your order or make any accommodations for that. JUST DON'T USE THEM!
