Paid extra for 3 day shipping……sept 9 order was shipped….sept 20 still no golf balls….company will not reply to my emails….I just want my shipping cost refunded….i know they will be refunded from usps for the delay…. Do not pay extra for faster shipping….I guess I will go back to $#*!s sporting for balls…..

When I placed my order, there was no indication that if I wanted the personalization to be larger, and therefore legible, I would need to reduce the number of characters. After receiving my order and confirming the issue with the LIVE CHAT person, that person admitted that instructions were non-existent in that regard. The solution offered after I had spent nearly $100 on 24 balls that were now useless to me? Refund the $10 personalization fee. No credit, no partial credit, no free shipping. And the bottom line? NO FURTHER BUSINESS FROM ME OR ANYONE I MAY INFLUENCE!

I have ordered several dozen golf balls from them. The last two dozen came in with the alignment line off center. I order balls to come in at certain times to correspond when I'm out. They're answer was to send back and they would give me credit for the customization. So now, I have to buy other balls to wait for the customized ones to ship back to them (which no-one can use with my initials on). Thats terrible customer service! I'm done with them.

Weird extra charges not agreed to!

My account was charged $1.10 three times during my order, which totaled over $30.00 I have no clue what these extra charges were for, other than to make up for the alleged "20% discount" offered. When I try and find out what happened, their email system simply says "try again later." C'mon!

I ordered custom tees, ball markers and golf balls. They were perfect! Colors were very vibrant. Staff was easy to work with and I had everything at my door within 7 days of ordering. Will definitely order again.

I bought 3 dozen Srixon Balls with a single name and initial printed on them to be shipped to Vancouver Canada. Price was C$174.73, pretty high when you consider they are available for C$20.99/dozen (with no personalized name of course) in local stores, but I proceeded as it was for a Christmas gift. Three weeks later I received an additional bill from Fedex for C$53.57 for duty and taxes. So essentially I paid C$228.30 or C$6.34 per ball. I'm happy with the product, but wouldn't have purchased knowing what I know now.

Ordered 20 boxes of golf balls (80 sleeves). FedEx Delivered to the incorrect address. Contacted Golf Balls.com and was handled by a trainee, who feels it is not their responsibility to ensure the product is delivered to me and although they have the contract with FedEx and I can't even put in a claim, as Golf Balls.com is the shipper. The customer support representative said they put the correct address on the box and to see FedEx for help. Golf Balls.com washed their hands of my issue and collected the money. I went on Amazon, found the exact same golf balls for $8/box cheaper and I know if they deliver to the wrong address they will send another order or refund my purchase. Mistakes happen, it is really how you handle them that defines you. In this case the definition of Golf Balls.com is not a positive one.

Ordered mid May... shipment confirmation 5/19... called customer secco 5/27... they were looking in to... called them again 5/29, they still had no info... they finally, after me asking over and over, did a reprint... now estimated delivery 3 more weeks out... still no info on original order but I and supposed to return them "if they show up"! Do NOT order from this place!

Ordered 3 dozen golf balls personalized with two words on a single line.
Of the ordered 36 balls. 3 balls were clear and legible, 24 were marginal with some missing print, 9 were ugly with lots of missing print.
Contacted customer support and spoke with Gabriel. He said we take pride in our work and rarely have sub-par printing. Gabriel offered to replace the golf balls on April 16th, 2021. I asked him to do so. No word about the replacements after two weeks - wrote him again. No answer after another 10 days. Wrote Gabriel again – no response.
Today is May 17th. One month after receiving the dismally printed golf balls and still no response and no replacements.
Buyer be very aware...

I ordered some personalized golf balls for a holiday gift. They arrived on time and were awesome! Easy to use website, had no trouble uploading and proofing the artwork. The personized logo was well printed and turned out exaclty as I hoped it would. I would definitely order from this site again! Great gifts for a family member or co-worker.

I ordered the golf balls as a gift for a friend. They were to come with a bible verse in the middle of the ball. The photo online looks like its big enough to be readable. Well, the box was bent like the balls were hastily shoved in there. The writing is SO TINY that I couldn't believe they would sell something like this. No, sorry, no.

TERRIBLE Experience!

I have been a loyal G.B.com customer for years in providing quarterly gifts for clients. Sadly, I recently had a truly terrible experience with their CUSTOMER SVC. ( or lack there of)

In placing my most recent order in September, I did not receive it for weeks. I emailed their Cus. Svc. Department twice and have never heard back. Finally I called, the rep. Said he would reimburse my shipping. With my order still not received today, October 2nd I decided to check on my reimbursement. I was upset to find out that not only had they not reimbursed, they double charged me for shipping!

Next I called their Cus. Sec. Department again to plead my case. The rep. Refused to apologize but simply said " OKIE DOKIE". I asked him if he understood my frustration, Absolute Silence!

Very sad to encounter a lack of concern for a long term loyal customer, never a mention of a meaningful retribution.

So much for Customer Care or Service: (
