Had a call with Thyller in support who assisted me both over the phone and remote access to install and set up our new lock.
He was very patient and understanding and guided me through the whole procedure without losing his temper. Great service
We purchased a panic bar from GoKeyless and ordered the wrong size. While considering returning it, Tom Johnson of GoKeyless gave great advice on how to possibly still use the one we bought. It worked out great and saved a return. He knew the product well and was able to save us time and money.
I called the GoKeyless customer service when I made a LARGE mistake and he was able to fix the mistake, help me correct the order, and follow up with me the next day to confirm all the corrections went through correctly!
See who said customer service is dead. You just need to have the right people.

I came across this company while searching for some deadbolts for a client of mine. Their website was beautifully designed and easy to navigate. I ended up using the chat on the website but it was too late so they message me early in the morning. Since then I've talked to Steven a couple times with my order and everybody was more than helpful. I will definitely be setting up an account to you work with this company on a regular basis.

Going against the grain... Worst nitemare ever... Started with sales sending me the wring unit, and using the wrong email address... All set up info went to wrong email... No-one knows how to fix... Now am going on a month and no headway... I'm the one jumping thru hoops trying to fix... It should be them Demanding my money back
So i purchased our lock for a community pool! The sales guy Jason was great answered all of my questions and helped me to pick the best lock for the job. I opted for the set up help and received an email from tech support. We followed the instructions and sent it back in simple. Then i had questions! The first guy wasn't very helpful but then Matt called me back talked me through everything in needed and walked me through the program. Super easy. Now i am all set to get my lock installed! Thank you Jason and Matt!
As a new Customer I found James Pickens to be very helpful and knowledgeable. We were looking to replace and old lock system with something new and was really not sure what would provide the access that we needed. James did some research based on the information that I provided and then sent out spec sheets on the product that he felt would fit our needs the best. I found James to be very professional.
So happy we went with this company to purchase a updated locking system. Customer service has been wonderful, so helpful. Has answered every question I've thrown at them and have been quick to help with any problem I have had.
We got to work with Skip. He was very thorough, easy to follow and very informative, and he really knows his way around the system and how to explain it.

Over a weeks period of time I emailed Don Kleiner many times with questions about the Trilogy lock system. And no matter what I asked he had the correct answer for me very quickly. Don is an extremely knowledgeable representative for the company and for the locks themselves. He is the kind of sales person that when he recommends something you know it is for your good not necessarily so he gets a larger commission, which he may not even get a commission. At no time did he attempt to load me down with items that I didn't need.
Horrible service and products. Defective lock. Slow refund of money. Tried to inquire if all locks of the same model were defective. Sales could not tell us. Told us to contact their return department. Left two messages with return department with no response. Tech person was rude and short when trying to determine if lock was defective. Would not use again.
I couldnt be happier with the tech I worked with today. (Kyle) He was not only patient with me, but knowlegdeable in a non condescending way. His attitude is much appreciated as I am a 55 year old manager lacking many computer skills.
I am happy we chose GoKeyless as our lock company.
I would like to say thank you to Mr. James and Mr. Skip from Gokeyless. My wife and I recently moved into a new home that had TERRIBLE locks installed on the doors. The handles would litterally fall off when trying to access the door! James helped us find new locks that matched our needs and Skip made the order process a breeze! We just received the majority of our order within 2 days (1 item was special order from the manufacturer). Great service, excellent speed. We will be ordering from here again for the rest of our doors!
I ordered an electronic lock and received the order confirmation on line. However, after about 20 minutes I did not get an e-mail confirmation. I sent an e-mail message and soon got a call. We discovered that I had made an error in my e-mail address. All is good the item was already shipped

Answer: That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.

They were more than helpful and allowed us to get a defective code so we could make an attempt to return it to the company we purchased it from, go Chi less.com. The manufacture was fabulous it was go Chi list that I would shy away from
