I placed an order for PNR *******524 to be delivered to Bhusaval junction but order was not delivered and train departed. Order was placed well in advance around 10.30 am which was to be delivered at 1.30 pm. Called customer service multiple times but he just confirmed that order has been dispatched. We can deliver at next station. Pathetic service. This site is completely fake. Haven't received any confirmation for refund as well.
We ordered food in train from Vijayawada.The charged us more and also food want we ordered.we didn't get that.The food they send was just horrible...they didn't respond to our complain...realy very bad experience.we are regular travel ers but this was our worst experience...we have been waiting for hours and didn't not get one proper response or solution all they are asking us to do is wait and take no accountability for whatever happened. We booked on 22 Feb 2023 at 9pm train no ******* online train order by this company. They booked and confirmed our order, but at the time of delivery at booked station no one is comes and did not deliever order, when we call to its custer care than he cut out call. Totally fake company don't trust on this company totally time waste. I suggest to everyone don't go through book online train order by this company. Whole night me and my family suffered due to food.
We were a group of 130 passengers traveled by train and ordered a veg meal at ratnagiri st from this app. Food was tasty, fresh and on time delivery. I don't need to make follow ups. They on their own informed me everything and no stress really. All members of group liked the meal. Excellent

I ordered a fried rice combo for my train journey at Katni in Mahakoushal express. After a wait of more than 20 minutes and multiple phone calls, THE FOOD WAS NOT DELIVERED.
Their customer care service is highly ineffective. They could not track the delivery boy or the status even after 30 minutes and were not understanding.
