Worst online sales experience. Customer Service gave me faulty information and direction when I was placing my order. As a consequence the glasses that arrived were not what I thought I had ordered. Despite their error they would not give a refund for the lenses, and charged me a 15% restocking fee for the frames. Through multiple emails in which I documented how both their website and customer service had given me wrong/in adequate information, they updated instructions on the website and updated instructions to customer service employees. Clearly an admission they were at fault. But still gave me only a partial refund.
Ordered sunglasses that never came and was overcharged - invoice stated a discount when indeed it was an additional charge added over a week later that went unnoticed - I paid 40 extra for fast delivery 3-5 business days to have them never show up (it's been almost a month) I had left multiple messages with no call back and little time to deal with it until now - lesson learned - hopefully the negative reviews and experiences can help others.
The seller never shipped my frames, eventhough I paid for expedited shipping. There was no tracking info and they refused to send another pair. They do not answer their customer service number so I had to call the sales extension.
Do not use www.go-optic.com. I purchased about the most expensive pair of glasses with what I expected to be high end Zeiss lenses. When the glasses eventually arrived, both lenses had out of focus blur areas. Looking side to side, image would be in focus, go out of focus, and then back into focus. Returning the glasses to go-optic, they of course saw no issues and argued only my optometrist can tell go-optic that the lenses are defective…? I've the same prescription already in a pair of safety glasses with no issue. Then, they kept the glasses instead of returning them! Not that they were of any value to me, it still is effectively theft.
Dishonest, very poor-quality product, and the very worst company to deal with. All they know how to to is lie to consumers and not honor warranties. They are truly a pathetic company. Be very aware before you ever think of buying anything from them. If I could give them a ZERO i would. In the meantime I am letting my credit card company battle it out with this unprofessional organization of which they have NONE.
I paid $347 for script sunglasses. They were shipped, and I could not see with them on. I was forced to sign a return before they would even look at them. Returned, they claimed that there was nothing wrong with them when my sight was blurred with them on.
I asked that they be remade. They would not. I ended up getting back $135 for the returned frame out of the original $347 order. And nothing more. I requested that they ship my lens that I paid for, and they claimed that they had been disposed of.
Stay away and find a reputable company. They will take your money and not stand behind their product.

It's been over 4 months since i first placed. It came at first and to no avail they shipped the wrong item. I returned it and they claimed they shipped to my po box and it was never. So they've been stringing me along now for almost 8 week going back and forth telling me it was at the post office and i kept telling that it wasn't. And now they're telling me to wait another 4-6 weeks while they file a claim with the shipper. That's missed up. The customers service is really bad no one answers the phone. Stay away from online go optic.
Go-Optic's website makes it seem like an easy transaction to return an item within 30 days. However, it's not until you click on a couple links you find that your return "may" be subject to a restocking fee, which is hidden deep within the "CANCELLATION POLICY". I bought 2 frames that did not fit my face and requested a return authorization for them within a week. I returned everything in the same condition as I had received them and, in my refund, I discovered I was charged a $12.89 restocking fee for each frame. Had this information been visible upfront, along with all the stated benefits of ordering from Go-Optic's, I would not have ordered them. Going forward, there are several other reputable eyeglass companies and I will look elsewhere for satisfactory service.
They did a half-$#*! job packaging a pair of frames I ordered which allowed the product move around easily inside the box. The handling process rendered the temple arms of the frames to be more loose than they should be and I am sure is was because of the poor packaging these losers did. This is a horrible business that has no care or regard for the proper packaging of the items they sell.

I ordered my glasses on 9/28/21 and was notified after 2 days the frame was on backorder and would be in stock on 10/19/21. No problem, right? Wrong. I used the Klarna App to fund my purchase, but by the time Go-Optic decided to try to process the payment, the Klarna card had expired as they only last a few weeks from the time of creation and will then be considered "void." Well, I didn't hear from Go-Optic until 10/26/21, at which time I was told my order had been canceled due to an "Invalid Payment." Bull. The order was canceled because they have shoddy customer service and do not follow through on claims of stock arrival dates. If you're going to claim you are "The Online Optical Superstore," do not run your business like a back-room 2 person operation. Poor business practices when it comes to customer service. Overall grade? D-
Not worth the effort. I ordered a pair of glass frames which I didn't like and returned them for another pair, paying my postage (which is reasonable). I ordered a second pair that were on backorder for two months and finally cancelled my order. As a result I was charged a 15% restocking fee for my first returned frame. I tried to add my order confirmation but you do not accept pdf files.
I ordered frames from this shop. Three other stores stated they had these frames but this store had the best price. I waited for two weeks for a shipping information on my frames. I finally went on their site and found out they canceled my order. No email or text. They just left me hanging. I spoke to customer service and it seems they order your frames from the manufacturer and don't actually have any stock on hand.

Lenses are a hot mess. Arrived with 3 chips, falling away from the top right frame, cut to big on outside of left lens. With measurement of progressive lenses not placed correctly, even though I was told 99% accuracy rate based on averages. Am just asking for a refund for the lenses, as I do not trust them to replace. Where is quality control? Where is company pride in craftsmanship? Good place to buy frames but STAY AWAY from the lenses.
I contacted the company about a pair of regular sunglasses, not prescription. When I received them they were used, they were distorted, they were not NEW sunglasses. I returned them and they charge me a 15% restocking fee. I have contacted them on numerous occasions... BUYER BEWARE... you were WARNED!
114$ pair of sunglasses arrived crooked and with lots of small scratches on them. Cleansing needle was also missing inside the sunglasses case. They don't admit the product was sent this way, they don't take responsibility, they don't apologize. In conversation with them, they insist that the opposite is true, which leaves you no choice but to insist getting your money back.
After all this trouble, the shipping costs you spent to return the defective product, and the time spent on this issue, they shamefully charge you for the amount of 15% of your total purchase (And ignore the fact you paid shipping costs to return the defective product back to them). Disgrace.
As soon as I saw that PayPal do not cooperate with them, I knew something is strange about it. Not wisely, I made the purchase anyway, and I very much regret it. PayPal would not let such an unfair thing happen and I would have gotten all my money back without a doubt.
The appearance of the site looks reliable and professional enough but do not let it fool you! This company is unreliable and will take your money unjustly. Beware and stay away!
Don't waste your time or money! My daughter paid for glasses with a blue light filter on them. Upon receiving them, we could tell her glasses did not have this feature. Talked To go optic, They insisted they did. Took it to three different optometrists That in fact confirmed that it DID NOT contain the blue light filter. Sent Go Optic documentation and they still denied the claim for a refund, or even to fix them! So much for customer satisfaction. The worst customer service ever.
Found a coupon online whenI I searched for deals on eyeglasses. Usually these coupons are gimmicky clickbait but this one surprisingly worked. Was very happy when I went to checkout and realized how much I actually saved. Super stoked
Horrible. Had glasses for under a year still under warranty with a manufacture defect- they would still only give me 35% off dispute the warranty.

I ordered frames 2 weeks ago and still haven't received I paid foot 1-3 day shipping when I recieved it will be 5 days. It took them a little over a week just to ship. Never again
