I've never experienced easier tools before. No pictures to take no descriptions just grade your product based on easy to use tools. What could be easier. Through your old device on eBay and not get top dollar? The shipping box with the pre-fit foam piecE of cake. Love it!
Great experience selling my iPhone on Glyde. Would recommend this site for anyone looking to sell their pre-owned electronics. The customer service team was always in contact with me via email with instructions and updates. Somehow there was a glitch and I had two phones listed instead of one. The customer service team fixed the issue and did not charge me for the second shipping kit. I will definitely use Glyde in the future.
I found out about this site online and thought it would be an efficient way to sell all of my old video games. I listed all of them on 12/18/16 and waited for them to be sold. Within the first couple of days, two games were sold and I was told I would receive a shipping kit by 12/24/16. It is now 1/1/17 and they still haven't sent me the shipping kit. Now they're emailing me saying that I have 48 hours to ship my item or I'll have to pay a late fee. I was pissed. How can I ship my item when they haven't even given me my shipping kit yet? I saw other reviews saying their shipping kit came a week late and Glyde changed them extra. That is absolutely unprofessional. The seller is doing nothing wrong. Why should we be charged extra for your lack of professionalism? I'm thinking to cancel my orders, so they don't charge me. Avoid this website.
Its a great site. I've been able to off load a good number of games that have been sitting in a box for years for a decent chunk of change. Nothing crazy but its better than the depreciating value of the box of stuff. My only real gripe is sometimes the shipping packets take a little while to get to you and then the buyer can be all full of gripes about their stuff not getting sent sooner.
This site is so easy to sell or buy things. I have sold old phones & Games... The games being the best to sell, because what are you going to do with an old game, so you might as well make some money on it! I've never had any problem with this site, and the one time when I thought something got lost in the mail the support staff was very helpful in tracking it down and finding it again.
I bought a phone on glyde and, like many people, got an email asking me for answers to 5 questions about my card; most of these questions I had answered when I set up an account. Not being able to verify that the email was coming from Glyde, I asked them to call me so I could at least talk to a human. They said that they were unable to do so, even though they had asked me for a phone number in case they needed to contact me. They kept saying they would cancel my order if I didn't answer the five questions, even after I told them I was not answering these questions over email. After a couple of days, I cancelled my order and went to another site. I don't know how these people stay in business with such awful customer service and sketchy emails. There are much cheaper and easier ways to get a used phone.
I placed my order for a used video game 3 weeks ago. Still have not received it and my emails to *******@glyde.com have gone unanswered. Wish I had read the review here first because I would not have used this site! It's especially frustrating because there is no other way to contact them besides email.
I want to list an expensive iPhone, but upon reading so many negative reviews, I am terribly nervous about mailing (essentially releasing control of my phone), and like so many disgruntled reviewers, left with a compromised phone and no recourse.
I have read several responses from Glyde.com, and was disappointed with their reply. Essentially Glyde.com was just repeating the same information that was on its website and not addressing the issue.
I guess I will be going eBay and Craig's list to sell my phone.
This is sad because glyde.com is on to a good thing. But they need insurance and procedures/rules to protect against damages after the item leaves the protection of the owner.
Hi Richard,
Thanks for feedback regarding selling and insurance on Glyde. I apologize for the confusion caused by our responses here. All shipments are insured against damage or theft. A phone damaged enroute to the buyer or during a return is very rare, and if it does occur, we've got your back. Just email us at service@glyde.com. We hope you will give Glyde a try. Thanks again.
Brian

Really easy to find what you are looking for. The website design is very clean and instead of making you shift through all the different options to buy (like with Amazon or Ebay where they tell you new or used, and then give you a multitude of options to choose from), Glyde gives you the best deal up front for whether you want New or Used. The only problem is probably that they don't always have all games in stock, which is always a concern with shopping based solely on user supply.
Glyde is just a middle man. They don't see the used products pass through, so there in you have to trust that when I buyers receive their phone/s, any problems they report are honest. In my interaction with glyde, the buyer lied. Said the phones home button was not working and wanted some money back. I said no because I knew it left my house in perfect working condition. Received the phone back and it not only worked fine, they didn't include the usb to lightning cable. It was not theirs to keep and glyde said, " so sorry to hear. We'll contact them to try and get it back for you". It's been weeks now and I'm still out a charger from a dishonest customer and a company not to excited to find a solution. I will not use them again until this is solved.
Stay away from this site. I too had them tell me that my credit card was flagged by their fraud detection software which is totally bogus. I work for a financial company that uses fraud detection software and I know how it works and nothing on my credit card account history would have triggered that type of response. Their customer service is non existent. They are the fraud!
Hi Henry. I'm very sorry about this hold. I can check to see what raised the flag in our system and get this cleared up immediately. At times, it can be something as small as a typo in the billing address or cc info. Can you tell me the name associated with your Glyde account?
Thanks,
Brian

Very slow service do not use if you want a speedy sale. Buyer initiated a return the day they got my phone but had it for 10 days before they shipped it back. Contacted customer support twice asking why it taking so long. I was told to give they buyer time to ship back. Including shipping time I was without my phone and did not receive payment for two weeks. I would not recommend using this service.
Sent my iPhone 5 out. Agreed on a price, sold in less than 24 hrs. Put it was in good but not perfect condition. Had on scratch on the back. Screen is perfect and everything works. Was first told that it got lost and I had to sign and affidavit. Then was told the seller didn't like it. A month later I finally got my phone back. Will never do business with this company again. Icracked bought my iPhone 6 and was fast and paid top dollar
I highly recommend using Glyde. I've used it now a few times when I've upgraded to a new Iphone and needed to see my old one. It's much better than trading in at one of the carriers. It's quick, easy and convenient and you receive more money back in your pocket.
Glyde turns out to be disaster for me. Their model just doesn't work. It SUCKS
First of all, I was charged and failed twice for my selling my phone even when I meet all the requirement following their instructions. They don't tell you exactly why the buyer returns it and you ended up following their check instruction again and thought you met all the criteria and gave it a second shot, which leads to more charges.
Second, a lack of security! The "customer"took away part of my charger (the head). I end up spending nearly 9 bucks and losing part of the kit!
Nonexistent customer service! Buyer and seller beware of this website. Products are overpriced and shipping is extremely slow. If you buy an item and return it you are charged fees, if you sell an item and someone returns it you are charged fees. You have no chance with their "customer service" to even talk with anyone, you will only receive canned responses. As a seller, the person buying a game or movie will consume the media, then claim that it was not in the condition that they bought. This will then initiate a return where the buyer received a cheap "rental" at your expense. Please stay away from Glyde, and give your money to a company who at least pretends to care about its consumers.
Glyde is a good website for searching for books and other media. While I can say that their layout doesn't allow for easy searching, especially for those hard to find items, they have a large listing of books and you will most likely be able to find what you're looking for. I like that they take out the hassle of dealing with a seller and make paying and shipping very safe and easy. Overall I've had a good experience with them and I've successfully bought several different items off of their website. They have competitive and reasonable pricing and you don't have to deal with trying to outbid other customers while a timer ticks down. Overall, a good way to shop for those who just want to buy something and be done with it.
Very easy transaction. I was a little worried when I noticed that my device was shipping directly to the receiver, but there were no problems or kinks. Money was delivered when promised and transferred with ease into my checking account.
The first time I ordered the seller rescinded the sell, because of that I lost the time sensitive coupon code. They held the pre-authorized funds on my credit card for 10 days, which prevented me from buying a replacement during that time. Then the second purchase was "flagged" for verification in which they asked for extensive personal information via email, which I reluctantly supplied, then rather than calling me (which they stated they would do if there was a problem) they simply cancelled the order and suspended my account. I have been jerked around by this company now for 4 weeks and I could have purchased something flawlessly from a known seller. I do not recommend glyde.com.
Hello Larry. This is Kevin form Glyde's Customer Service Department. I am very sorry to hear about your ordeal. We have attempted to make thing right with you after your most recent correspondence with us, and I hope that we have.
Also, it is important to note that we do not hold any pre-authorized funds. The length of time pre-authorized funds are held lies solely within the pending charges policy of bank which issued the credit/debit card.
If you have any further questions or concerns regarding this, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
Kevin

Was more than a little apprehensive about purchasing Ipod until I received it. Ipod not only looks brand new but individual sent silicon case and armband as well. Saved me a lot of $$$ by utilizing GLYDE and hope your experience is as good as mine should you decide to give them a try.
Answer: Glyde is a great companyi did have a bad experence with a purchase but glyde sent out a return label on them and i was credited really quick. When dealing with companies on the internet i use my amazon or my paypal so that way its not hlding up my personal account. At any rate my issue was the person that sold me the phone had sent me a phone that was originally a sprint phone but flashed to cricket carrier when i tried to switch it to sprint they werent able to program the phone and i was already a customer only they couldnt figure out why. When we were programming the phone it showed the name cricket as we completed a reset of the system. So most people these days they jailbreak phones or flash maybe another work at any rate your covered regardless but i would recommend
Glyde has a rating of 3.3 stars from 922 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. Reviewers satisfied with Glyde most frequently mention great experience, video games and shipping box. Glyde ranks 3rd among Mobile Phones sites.
Hi Dani. I am so sorry about the late kits. We had a recent issue with kits and USPS during the holidays and it has been address now. We hope you will give us another chance.
