First time ordering them, 3 Rose buds had been broken off, but nonetheless I still had 47 Beautiful roses!

My delivery had 80 roses, obviously a milestone gift of love, and in bold recognition of my 80th birthday! A more beautiful jester is beyond me! My eyes overflowed with water for hours! It was with great humility and love that I placed them in 10 vases with the plant food. To my dismay most of them never opened up. I changed water, cut the stems, moved them around and pruned with care, and they had great filtered light. I received 3 other local deliveries that were already in vases and they are still doing well.

We are very sorry that your order of greens didn't meet your expectations and we wish you had contacted us as soon as you received your order on October 31 so we could have looked into your case and maybe provided some tips to process your greenery so they perked up beautifully (flowers may arrive slightly dehydrated due to the long journey from South America, but with appropriate care, you can bring them back to looking great within the next 12 hours).
Unfortunately, we don't have any communication regarding the quality of your order so we could have sent you a replacement as soon as possible.
