My first experience was awesome. Great quality flowers. Long lasting. We're Absolutely beautiful! My second time with them wasn't so great. Almost none of rge small roses, yellow, white, pink never opened. The the baby's breath seemed to dry out super fast, like a supermarket sold baby's breath. Regardless, I do love this company.

Was missing 3 carnations from the 100 I ordered. Which caused me to have to go to a floral company and purchase 3 additional flowers to complete our set of 100 corsages. Very disappointing and frustrating

We ordered the flowers to be delivered 2 days before the event but should've gotten them 3-4 days before as they took longer to open. I'm not sure if we didn't prep them properly but they were still pretty closed. Still looked decent, just not as expected. I would deliver them earlier rather than later as they lasted 10 or so days.

Signature required does not work for me, nor your product. By the time they arrived, which was later than my requested day, they are very sad and droopy. I cut them short and trying to bring them back to life.

Due to the delicate nature of our product, we highly recommend our customers to choose a delivery address where somebody will be able to receive the shipment. FedEx and UPS will usually require a signature for all deliveries.
Flowers may arrive slightly dehydrated due to the long journey from South America, but do not panic! With appropriate care, you can bring them back to looking great within the next 12 hours.

Please keep in mind that most of our fresh roses will come with 3 guard petals that may have a different color than the true color of the rose.
