The roses are nice. I asked how to order 50 red roses with 2 of them being white. They said they could do that as you did it the prior year for me. This year I got 50 red roses and no white. 3 of the red roses were broken. I will try again next year.

They were ok this year. This is the second year I have ordered from this company. There were several roses that had already fell off the steam. And they looked somewhat like they were dying. It would be nice to have directions in the box for them.

We have been notified that FedEx made an attempt to deliver your order under tracking ID # 717964208864 yesterday 11:54 AM but there was no one available or/eligible at the address to provide a signature. We can see that you received your order just today and this delay may have dehydrated the roses and they might be thirsty. We kindly remind you that since they are natural and fresh-cut flowers, they flowers need time to hydrate and bloom. But do not panic! With appropriate care, you can bring them back to looking great within the next 12 hours.
Upon receiving your floral box, we recommend trimming the stems around ½ inch" and placing them in clean room temperature water with the provided flower food. We invite you to follow these simple care tips to keep your flowers looking fresh and beautiful: https://globalrose.com/flower-care.html
Please keep in mind that most of our fresh roses will come with 3 guard petals that may have a different color than the true color of the rose.
