My mother passed and these roses were used for her celebration. The necks on all the roses were bent over.
I had to use them anyway because her services were the next day. They were not the best and I have ordered from you before. I was disappointed and my sad-faced red roses were the exception to the celebration.
UPDATE: Global Rose reached out to me and offered me a replacement for my sad-necked roses, I am excited about this experience. I will update this shopping experience when I receive the beautiful roses that are expected. Global rose has always provided great service and I want this experience to be the same, once it is rectified.

I ordered 100 roses, 20-30 must have frozen on transport. I went through and pulled frozen petals off each to make them look somewhat presentable. I was hoping this wouldn't happen but I guess that's the risk I take ordering in winter.

Surprised that affordable flowers had to come all the way from South America, but very pleased with results. Could have been given smaller window for date of delivery. Told would be between 8 and 12 and flowers showed up at 11:40 AM. Roses opened up and have been beautiful for the week after receiving them. Thanks, Dad would have loved them.

The delivery was on time but however I paid money for these roses for it to be dead when delivered. I was very embarrassed and disappointed in the quality. I will not order from you all in the future.

Your flowers are beautiful. The website was easy to use.The flowers were gorgeous. They have in perfect condition and right on time. The only thing was the light pink roses were less pink then I thought they would be. I would whole heartily recommend global rose. I recieved many compliments on the flowers. The picture below is 6 days old of my bridal bouquet and still looks beautiful!
