I was very frustrated this year.I had to have a tech help me figure out the form. It was hard to find the colors I wanted.There is No Way to talk to a live person.I was also disappointed with the Assorted colors.

I was expecting flowers to be arranged in a bouquet and them not being was a little disappointing.

Juan was great at getting back to me with a tracking number that I didn't receive. I have to say though I had 26 unusable roses and unfortunately had to go to a local store to get more to finish the bridal bouquet. I attached a photo.
