Misleading practices - Scam Merchant

Independent representatives sign up businesses for this company's merchant services which hide various occurring fees that we did not agree to. Bad customer service and charged cancellation fee of $500.00 without authorization for ending contract although did not agree to any terms. They operate from New York and not able to complain or resolve disputes. Do not sign up with them even if you are getting a very good deal on monthly fees. Very unprofessional and constantly breaking rules of agreement. Only deal with Canadian vendors and only receive through qualified representatives with bank credentials - not a walk in from street.

Unfortunately Vlad S. You have our company Global Merchant Services mixed up with another Global Company as we do not have Cancellation Fees or Termination Fees. We do not operate out of New York and do not have representatives that solicit merchants in Canada that walk in from the street. Sorry that whatever company that have done bad practices to you and your company have gotten away but WE ARE NOT THE COMPANY YOUR COMPLAINT OR REVIEW IS WITH.
