I sent them money for an RV that they never delivered. When they offered a refund, they never sent it. I am still waiting for my refund.

There are only 5 star reviews on their web page, but surprisingly you cant leave a review, so how all this reviews got to their website remains total mystery.
However, I was planing to purchase salvage vehicle that was listed on their web page. I sent them $500 deposit. After a super amateur scam fiasco, which I am not going to describe in details here I decided not to work with them and emailed to request my deposit refunded, after no response in few days I called them. * - probably the only person at GAA told me that its going to be a month before I get my money back. After I didn't get any money back after 30 days I called again and was told that I had to wait another 30days. Finlay my bank stepped in and I was able to get my money back.

We do not capture customer deposits unless we purchase a vehicle for them. The credit card companies automatically reflect your credit back to your account within 30 days. Our system only places a hold on your card so that we can verify the customer and secure the vehicle with the insurance auction. I purchased a vehicle in August 2024 and never received the title. I've been reaching out to Jerry for 6 months now and he doesn't respond. The vehicle I purchased was not as described, but at this point I just want my title so I can move on.

Regarding the vehicle, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We sell salvage vehicles in AS IS condition. Please review your customer declaration and contract which you signed. As mentioned in our terms of use, Paragraph B - All items are sold and purchased on an “AS IS” basis without express or implied warranties of any kind of nature.

B. Control of products offered. As a result of our status as a venue, we have no control over the quality, condition, safety or legality of the items advertised on the Global Auto Auctions Site; the truth or accuracy of the listings; the ability of sellers to sell items; or the ability of buyers to pay for items. All items are sold and purchased on an “AS IS” basis without express or implied warranties of any kind of nature. We cannot guarantee that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. By Agreeing, to use Global Auto Auctions the following Terms and Policy are in effect. You are also agreeing that in the event and Insurance Company and or Auction, sell a particular vehicle that was committed to Global Auto Auctions and its Affiliates, that if resold by Insurance Auction, to another Auction, Broker or another affiliate, you are agreeing to take a comparable vehicle that fits the same criteria, or at least work with the Global Auto Auctions Team to locate another vehicle within a 60 to 90 day period. In the event that you have decided, after the 90 day period has elapsed and you no longer wish to look for a vehicle with Global Auto Auctions, you will need to request a refund in writing. In the event that I elect the Early Termination Fee option, and after a standard Election Form is executed, a thirty (30%) percent early termination fee shall apply and will be deducted from my account and the remaining balance in my account will be refunded to me, within fifteen (15) days from signing the Election Form. The Parties agree that the Early Termination Fee represents reasonable compensation to The Company for administrative, legal, and other costs incurred and to be incurred from the waiver of the 90-day comparable vehicle acceptance requirement at my request. I agree to these terms.

Let me tell you about my experience with Global Auto Auctions. At first I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle online especially a salvage vehicle with extensive damage. I took my time I did my homework and I spoke to the representatives numerous times. I had to place bids on over 20 vehicles before I was actually able to buy one. It took the transporter about a week to get the vehicle to me and I received the title in about two to three weeks after my purchase. I purchased a 2019 BMW M4 with some fire damage, it had some scratches which I did not notice but the vehicle overall was a steal for the price I paid for it. I am writing this review to let everyone know take your time with searching for a vehicle, do your home work on parts, and repairs. Global Auto Auctions just provides a service and gives you access to dealer only and insurance company auctions. They are good to work with, I see a few reviews of customers being upset but that is part of this industry. I have read some of the reviews of their competitors and it seems like a systematic industry problem. Global Auto Auctions was very fair with me and I will use their services again.

Very knowledgeable staff, which is necessary when going through processes like buying at auctions. It is important to educate yourself on how these purchases work. That way you can understand what to expect. Buyers should understand this is not like purchasing a car at an every day local dealer. If you are confused or have issues it is best to reach out to them to get a better understanding of what to expect. Very happy with my purchase, communication and helpful staff. I have been purchasing salvage vehicles from dealers for years. Global Auto Auction gave me access direct to the actual auctions. Yes you do have to place a deposit only because they need that to secure the vehicle at the auction. If you don't pay the balance they use that deposit to pass over to the insurance company. They only make money when you purchase an actual vehicle. I am happy with the two vehicles I purchased one was a 2015 BMW 320 and the other was a 2006 Lexus RX 400. I had the vehicles picked up myself and they had a release ready for me within 3 business days. My experience was very good with GlobalAutoAuctions.com.

I successfully purchased a Toyota Prius 2008 with global auto auction. After reading some bad reviews about them he made me felt I have to share my experience to be fair. This gentleman Jerry was honest to me at all point of view and I think he deserves to be trusted. People making sounds like they are scammers but from my own experience they are not. I found GAA on social media. I was in the market for a repairable Hybrid or Electric vehicle. I was overwhelmed by the volume of vehicles on their website. I worked with Jerry Garcia. He was very knowledgeable. He helped me locate the perfect RAV4 with collision damage to the rear. I did not have to go through the bidding process because it was available for immediate sale through one of their vendors. Jerry also helped with transport. Highly recommend GAA.
