Very knowledgeable staff, which is necessary when going through processes like buying at auctions. It is important to educate yourself on how these purchases work. That way you can understand what to expect. Buyers should understand this is not like purchasing a car at an every day local dealer. If you are confused or have issues it is best to reach out to them to get a better understanding of what to expect. Very happy with my purchase, communication and helpful staff. Made my first purchase an overall very good experience.

I found GAA on social media. I was in the market for a repairable Hybrid or Electric vehicle. I was overwhelmed by the volume of vehicles on their website. I worked with Jerry Garcia. He was very knowledgeable. He helped me locate the perfect RAV4 with collision damage to the rear. I did not have to go through the bidding process because it was available for immediate sale through one of their vendors. Jerry also helped with transport. Highly recommend GAA.

I have been purchasing salvage vehicles from dealers for years. Global Auto Auction gave me access direct to the actual auctions. Yes you do have to place a deposit only because they need that to secure the vehicle at the auction. If you don't pay the balance they use that deposit to pass over to the insurance company. They only make money when you purchase an actual vehicle. I am happy with the two vehicles I purchased one was a 2015 BMW 320 and the other was a 2006 Lexus RX 400. I had the vehicles picked up myself and they had a release ready for me within 3 business days. My experience was very good with GlobalAutoAuctions.com.

There are only 5 star reviews on their web page, but surprisingly you cant leave a review, so how all this reviews got to their website remains total mystery.
However, I was planing to purchase salvage vehicle that was listed on their web page. I sent them $500 deposit. After a super amateur scam fiasco, which I am not going to describe in details here I decided not to work with them and emailed to request my deposit refunded, after no response in few days I called them. * - probably the only person at GAA told me that its going to be a month before I get my money back. After I didn't get any money back after 30 days I called again and was told that I had to wait another 30days. Finlay my bank stepped in and I was able to get my money back.

Beware of this website. When I called their customer service the Representative did not sound like he was in the United States despite claiming to be located in TX. He did his best to answer questions about how the company works but when I questioned where he was located, he became agitated and hung up on me.

GAA is considered an inactive corporation in DE as reported by their registered agent, Harvard Business Services. This is secondary to not paying taxes or filing any paperwork since Dec of 2019 when they initially organized. This means that it will be VERY difficult to hold them accountable WHEN (not if) they steal your money. STAY AWAY from Global Auto auction (GAA Brokers Inc)
Update: after filing claim in DE court GAA started calling (miracle)
Same sales guy said I could either get a car ASAP or my money less 30%
I said I'd see them in court
Next day they called and said car ASAP or money less 10%
Same answer
Following Monday an attorney from Miami called and said GAA would send full refund plus pay my court filing fee in DE
I settled with that but should have gone to court on principle

These people require you to deposit money to bid, nothing unusual about that. When I won a bid with representative Alexis on the phone, I deposit more money to cover the fees to reach their "24 hour deadline", cool. I go on vacation for my birthday and come back to learn my bank held my funds, no one calls, my bank nor GAA. This guy from their "financial department" calls me to say "we haven't received your funds, you almost cost us our license so we have to deduct $600 for a relisting fee". I immediately request a FULL refund and say I'm not paying that because I did my part in 24 hours WITH receipts, they say okay and ask for my billing address. I comply. This was 2/17/21. I still don't have my money. Leave these people alone.
