I purchased two tickets to a concert in late 2020 that was later cancelled due to Covid. When asked for a refund, Global Tickets refused. They did offer me a voucher which I've yet to receive.
Do not buy tickets via this company.
I placed order *******GT for 2 tickets in September 2019 (Monte Carlo Formula 1 for 23-24 May 2020). Races were cancelled due to Covid-19, tickets were not delivered and I requested refund of my payment (contact to *******@global-tickets.com - requests *******, *******,6542, 6329, *******) and I have still not received any status of my refund or any actual response (only automatic acknowledgement that my requests were received). The site seems like a fraud.
This site is fraud. I have a personal experience which resulted of cancelling my credit card. Do not use this site

Wyścig się nie odbył z winy organizatora, rozumiem, tak się zdarza. Ale Global-tickets do dzisiaj nie zwrócił pieniędzy. Proponują vouchery zamienne na kolejny rok lub zwrot kwoty pomniejszonej o 60 euro. Mimo tych zapewnień pieniędzy nadal brak. Mijają 2 miesiące i pieniędzy nadal nie zwrócili.
Compre 4 entradas para el gp de portimão y al dia siguiente me dicen que no las mandan por el covid, entonces por qué te deja seguir con la compra? Y encima me dicen que la devolución se hará en semanas o meses, increible! 400 € estafados.
