This was my first order with Glamulet. While there were some minor issues, they sorted them out quickly. I am pleased with the results...

Placed an order November 30, was charged immediately and I have not received it yet. I'm very frustrated will never order again with this company.

I ordered 2 charms on dec 2 and have not got them yet, they were suppose to be christmas gifts but so much for that.

Beautiful charm realistically priced but so slow to arrive I forgot I had purchased it and ending up buying something else for my niece

Was promised delivery before Christmas and it came a few days after was not impressed with this as first time customer will go else where in future!

Anniversary gift. This survey is a pain in the $#*! not sure why I have to write 100 letters. Each time I try just get more dissatisfied.

Charms are very small and shipping was a nightmare. Ordered approximately 12/6 and received 1/9. I will never order from this web site in the future.

I wrote in to them so many times regarding my order that was placed 3 weeks ago but till now no one seems to be answering from the other side.

The charms ordered arrived on time and are even nicer than the computer images I was able to see. Very satisfied with my order.

I can't really comment on the service from Glamulet yet as I am still waiting for my order which was placed two weeks ago.

Amazingly best charm with a photo of my beloved dog who we lost two weeks ago. Now i can carry him with me always

TERRIBLE. Total scam. Ordered 3 weeks ago and paid for express shipping and still do not have my order. Tracking doesn't work either.

Can not contact them by phone to find out when my charms will arrive money has already been taken from my bank account
