Each time I have ordered from this site the item has never been delivered the date it is promised or expected to be delivered on.

This was to be a surprise birthday present for my daughter. She was sitting at her work station immediately inside her front door when the courier left a note to say he tried to make the delivery. She never heard him. After much to-ing and fro-ing she eventually got her delivery 2 days later.
Kenneth, I am so very sorry about your daughters flowers arriving two days late. I tried to look up your account using your email and see some shipped gifts that we delivered but unfortunately I do not see the flower order. I have ordered quite a few of the Fruit Cookie Baskets. I've selected them for many occasions and friends and family rave about the goodies inside the basket and the beautiful baskets the contents come in. Some have said they've kept the baskets and had use for them. The cookies are delicious, fruit sweet. It's wonderful the tie taken arranging them and I thank you.

There are many sites which brand themselves as corporate gift sights. Gift Tree is head and shoulders above all those self-anointed as remarkable sites. My experience with Gift Tree has always been one where the recipient has asked where I found such a quality vendor. You always find the gift that impresses at a budget that does little harm.

I order wine gift for my sister from Norway. I found this site on Google and would like to recommend it to others. The delivery came at the agreed time and was very nicely wrapped. I will definitely buy several times from here. My sister was super happy with the gift and the wine was very good.

I reached out via phone. Left message via email. NEVER heard back. Order (over 100.00) never arrived. UPS or someone pilfered the package as it was opened and items taken. Gift Tree never reconciled, refunded or returned message or contacted me. TERRIBLE service. Will NEVER use them again. In this day and age of digital orders. How can a company be so ignorant!
