Bought my fiance the putter set and it is BEAUTIFUL. I can't wait until spring when he can start using it, but it comes in a stunning case and is very easy to assemble the putter, too.

I ordered and scheduled the delivery, and I was a little apprehensive that it would not work, but GiftTree kept me updated on the details of it and it arrived with no problems at all. The basket was already arranged and the recipients were very satisfied.

This is my 6th order with gift tree and the second they have messed up bad. All day on Valentine's Day the wife thought I didn't get her a gift and was upset. She didn't know that I ordered her a gift on Jan 3rd and PAID EXTRA to have it show up February 14th, then it never showed up! Cuts service refunded me in the form of store credit. Very disappointing to say the least.

One item was not delivered even on the second date they asked if they could switch it to.
The other one, a plant in a box, was left by the front door in front of a house in Minnesota, so of course was frozen.
Not a great company. They promise delivery dates they can't "deliver" on.

I did not know there was a lead time for some nicer baskets. THIS SHOULD BE ADVERTISED. Now I know. I could not get the basket I wanted
Hi Juliane, I am so sorry about this. But I am a little confused by your term lead time on the basket. I am assuming a delay, which for hand delivered fruit and gourmet could be 24 hours depending on the delivery location. On our shipped baskets, except for the shipping process that should be the only delay. Good products. Overpriced shipping costs that aren't revealed until the final stages of ordering. Upfront pricing for the entire order based on zip code would be a great idea.

Because of the weather I was notified that it would come late (by feb 2). I agreed. But it came on Feb 3. Which was a day after her birthday. They specifically stated that the latest was on the second of February.

I ordered "the good" version of a birthday bouquet instead of "the better" version for a coworkers bday. I understand getting what I pay for, but I was not expecting the wilted flowers. It's possible that could have happened during transit. I've been using GiftTree for a couple of years or so. Going forward I won't ever order "the good" version of any bouquet again.
