First and foremost I would like to thank James for helping me with my order. Even though I was given a date for my delivery due to severe weather it made it impossible. It ended up that the package was sent back to you guys. When I called and heard a friendly voice telling me not to worry that he would have another package sent out that same day. My aunt was very happy with the gift but it was scheduled to arrive the day before her birthday and she got it 2 days later.
Was supposed to arrive Friday for a Birthday didn't get it until Tuesday. Although there were weather problems it should have been shipped earlier as it was ordered well over two weeks in advance. It's not like it's flowers where it needs to ship on a certain day. Very disappointed.

Gift was delayed due to "weather". The gift was traveling in the same state and there were not weather issues.
Overall this is a fantastic company with great products. However, when ordering you acquire a specific delivery date, if that date comes and leaves without the delivery taking place the customer should be notified of the next potential date. Out of 4 baskets ordered and all having the same delivery date to different locations only one make it on time. I can live with that given the Pandemic environment we live in. Two of them the next day and the last one was delivered 4 days late. Time matters and so does communication. Not once was there an email received providing an update. So, we didn't know if it had been delivered during that time and was just sitting which presents a problem of theft another environment we also live in. When a target date is missed the customer should be notified that's just good customer service and recognizing that you care about the customer. The gift was a surprise so we couldn't contact the recipient and when emailed to inquire about location of the basket, it was out for delivery but made reference to the pandemic when there was another basket delivered less than six miles away 2 days before. Makes no since! I have been in customer service for over 40 years and communication is the key. There is not excuse for not working your customers to make sure they are aware of delivers or delayed delivers. There just could be information you will need concerning the delivery that the customer can provide when targets are missed my that many days!
The sympathy gift arrived in a box rather than as a gift basket as shown in the your picture which was disappointing.
It was easy to order. It arrived on time. My cousin said it all tasted great and was gone by the end of the day. I will order again in the future.

I understand the weather delays,... to an extent. The original delivery date was days AFTER the ice event in the area. Then the delivery date was pushed out, out, and out. We had several days of temps in the seventies and eighties before my order arrived. I don't know that I would place another order based on this experience.
I was very pleased with everything especially the customer service when placing the order. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the delivery date. I requested it be delivered on my mothers actual birthday and it came 2 days early.
