I am kind of surprised you are asking me this... other than paying for the gift I bought, I don't know anything to give feed back on, except the fact that the promised 2 days delivery will actually take a week... I short, since my gift has not even been shipped yet, I don't know what my "experience" has been.

The ordering and delivery were great! What I did not expect was the actual gift basket. What was received looked nothing like the online example. The container is great but the contents were less than pictured and not as attractively packaged as displayed on line. When presented as a gift it looked plain and not professional. The contents were delicious, just not much of it.

I signed up for email and texts and there was no where to use my 15% off coupon code. I tried the 20% off code that popped upon my screen and it said my purchase didn't qualify with no explanation as to why. False advertising and overall frustrating experience. Also, adult signature fee? First and last Gift Tree purchase.

Easy to use,variety of options,and nicely presented and delivered sooner then expected

I am orderding from Australia to be delivered to the US for Easter. Obviously my family don't have the product yet, but so far I have been more than happy with the range availability and ordering service.

I've been a Gift Tree customer for a while and honestly have not seen anything I've sent but I always get a huge thank you and positive feedback from recipients so I just stick with Gift Tree.

Over many years, I have used GiftTree for all my long distance gifting needs! Whether sympathy, graduations, birthdays or congratulations, it has always been my go-to for the perfect gift and expedient delivery. This particular basket was for a sympathy occasion and it arrived on next-day delivery as requested. Can't ask for better service than that! The recipient was very pleased in receiving it and loved the basket. Thank you again for your great service!

My father-in-law is about to receive his uptheenth GiftTree fruit basket for his 100th birthday. This is because of all the companies I have tried Gift Tree always has satisfied his taste for fresh fruit.

I believe that satisfaction of the recipient is all that matters.

The basket I ordered was supposed to be delivered TODAY (March 17th). I ordered AND PAID plenty of time in advance for this to be delivered TODAY. Yet, it was NOT DELIVERED as ordered. This was an important gift for a 90th birthday.
VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I had no problems ordering online and the product was delivered on time. It was for a birthday. I ordered the "All The Best Gourmet Tower." It contained 5 boxes of goodies. I was a little disappointed with the amount of goodies in the boxes. One box had only 2 cookies in it and another had a few candies. Other than that, the presentation and the boxes themselves were very pretty.

I paid extra delivery fees to ensure the basket arrived on Tuesday. I just received a notice that the basket will not be delivered until tomorrow.
I will not be sending another gift basket from this company again.

Delivered as promised. Very beautiful. I forgot to include a gift message and customer service contacted me so i could include a gift message.

Got there speedy quick and was a hit with the person I sent it to.

Good selection, but no follow up to say the gift was delivered even though the initial confirmation said a notice would be sent.

Sadly my order could not be fill as Gift Tree no longer has partners in that zip code. I will say that I had not expected problems, so once I received the order confirmation I didn't follow up checking my email until it was too late. But the website should not have accepted the order if they had no one to fill it in that zip code.

I'm based in the UK and wanted a present for my sister in law, very happy with hamper purchase, delivered on time and kept updated with tracking throughout. I will be returning!
