I ordered this gift basket for a 50th anniversary gift. It was easy to order and delivered before expected date.
The receiver was thrilled with the gift. Beautiful presentation.

Have used Gift Tree 3 times and have ALWAYS been told by the recepients the presentations are beautiful.
And that the prices are excellent, the food is delish - couldn't be happier. You can tell they really care about what they do!

While I was disappointed that you could not meet the next day delivery, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call to inform me of that and to offer free delivery. The recipient was pleasantly surprised and was very enthusiastic with gift.

I have used GiftTree for several years to provide gifts to family members that I can no longer visit in person. On this occasion I received feedback from a family member, who was totally displeased with the quality of fruit included in the gift basket. In their opinion, it was not suitable for consumption - not something they would pick when shopping for fruit. I had to offer apologies for the less-than-desirable experience and hope this is indicative of future service, if I take the chance on using this option again.

Very fast online experience. Very clear and detailed description of the contents of the gift basket we selected.

Only thing I am not happy is that it was delivered on the 1st instead of the 4th like requested as this was a birthday gift.

Thanks this is my2nd order so far! It was lost in transit but finally found. The GIFT was received and they are enjoying it.

Everything was fine except it to the package over a week to arrive.

On Sunday, March 19 I placed an order for champagne, a bucket and a box of chocolates. When looking at the shipping options I selected next day delivery and was charged $14.95. This gift was to be timely and I was excited it would received the next day. Unfortunately, I was notified the gift would not be delivered the next day but March27th, 1week later. When I called, I was told it was shipped, and I could not cancel the order. Unfortunately, no one will be around to accept this gift on the 27th, which is why I paid for next day delivery. Looking back at my receipt I noticed standard delivery was noted on the receipt. If you look at the amount charged, I paid for next day delivery. Please cancel this order and refund my money full. Thank you

I ordered (*******-sgif-5959) and also PAYED HIGHER AMOUNT (more than 50 USD!) only for the delivery - that the gift to be delivered today 25.03. To Beale street, San Francisco.

INSTEAD of this, the gift was delivered YESTERADAY (before the birthday)!

Not well, I put a note attached to each gift I've ordered from you guys and the receipent never received it, it would be a gift with no name, note or return address.
