I ordered this gift basket for a 50th anniversary gift. It was easy to order and delivered before expected date.
The receiver was thrilled with the gift. Beautiful presentation.

And that the prices are excellent, the food is delish - couldn't be happier. You can tell they really care about what they do!

While I was disappointed that you could not meet the next day delivery, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call to inform me of that and to offer free delivery. The recipient was pleasantly surprised and was very enthusiastic with gift.

I have used GiftTree for several years to provide gifts to family members that I can no longer visit in person. On this occasion I received feedback from a family member, who was totally displeased with the quality of fruit included in the gift basket. In their opinion, it was not suitable for consumption - not something they would pick when shopping for fruit. I had to offer apologies for the less-than-desirable experience and hope this is indicative of future service, if I take the chance on using this option again.

On Sunday, March 19 I placed an order for champagne, a bucket and a box of chocolates. When looking at the shipping options I selected next day delivery and was charged $14.95. This gift was to be timely and I was excited it would received the next day. Unfortunately, I was notified the gift would not be delivered the next day but March27th, 1week later. When I called, I was told it was shipped, and I could not cancel the order. Unfortunately, no one will be around to accept this gift on the 27th, which is why I paid for next day delivery. Looking back at my receipt I noticed standard delivery was noted on the receipt. If you look at the amount charged, I paid for next day delivery. Please cancel this order and refund my money full. Thank you

Thank you for your recent order! I apologize for any confusion, the cost for next day delivery is $27.95 and I'm happy to confirm you were not billed for a service not received. The total of $14.95 was correct (this includes the $4.95 alcohol signature fee) for the delivery date of March 27th. I do see the gift was delivered a day early on March 26th, so regrettably, we are unable to cancel the order. I hope it was warmly received regardless of this initial upset!
