I paid extra to have the gift delivered in time and it came a day late. They took a long time to prepare the gift and tried to send it over night. I believe this is why it was late. Otherwise, the gift was great.
The service was outstanding and the website was user friendly.

I have always loved the basket gifts and felt they were well done, however... It was advertised free delivery for Mother's Day. When I went to check out in order to make the delivery by Mother's Day, there was an extra charge for delivery. After all of that, the baskets did NOT arrive in time for Mother's Day. As I live 1100 miles away from my family, I chose this service to contribute to the day's festivities. The baskets were delivered on Monday. I did call customer service, who offered to pay back my delivery charge, and ultimately the refund for the baskets, however they never did process the refund for the baskets. There are lots of similar types of vendors - I will try a different one next time.

I ordered with plenty of time to ensure delivery for a very delicate event. At the last second, it was postponed 3 days and completely missed all the people that were supposed to enjoy this basket of food. For what I paid - this really stunk.

Excellent service and easy to order! I was a little concerned as it was supposed to require a signature but the UPS delivery just buzzed my son's apartment building and dropped it off inside the lobby without him signing but it was there when he went down to get it thankfully! My son was very pleased with the whole basket!
Usually I buy all my gifts baskets at your site. May rethink it in the future

I paid extra for the basket to be delivered to my mother the day before Mother's Day. It got there the following Saturday.
The reason I ordered from this particular site was because your advertisement promised if I ordered that day then it would arrive before Mother's Day.

I am so sorry for the unexpected delay and can definitely appreciate how upsetting it is for your gifts to arrive later than anticipated. While more rare these days, we have continued to encounter delays due to the impacts that COVID-19 has had on shippers as demands fluctuate in various areas. I've reviewed your account and do see that a refund was promised upon the return of the gifts. I'm showing that the gifts were not able to be stopped and returned before they were accepted at 9:57am the morning of your call, Monday 5/10. This prompted the refund of the shipping costs to your card. I do see that we failed to follow up after discovering the deliveries were completed and we are sincerely sorry that this happened.
