Hi I paid $50 for a Saturday delivery and the packages arrived that following Tuesday. You also sent cheese and apples across the country with no freeze pack or any hygienic considerations, how is that possible?
I bought this item for my brother for his birthday. According to the website, it would not be shipped until a Friday (my brother's birthday was on the Wednesday, two days before). I accepted that fact, I should have planned sooner. To my absolute suprise and delight: this item arrived two days early on my brother's exact birthday! He loved it. Fantastic!

Thank you again for speaking with me about this experience. There were definitely multiple things happening here that led to this ending poorly and I'm so sorry that this chain of events transpired. As discussed, we have upgraded our packaging over the past week to be more summer-friendly and I just know this replacement will be more to the standards you expect when sending quality fruits and cheeses to someone you think highly of.
